Love their food, but something is awry everytime we place an order. Items are missing, we receive regular fries when we asked for seasoned fries, the wrong buns are on the burgers and the toppings are either wrong or missing. I really wish they did a better job because the food is pretty good and I used to go to their Brooklyn location all the time when I worked there. I was so stoked when I changed jobs near another location but now am just plain disappointed. Everytime we call and complain - they are brash and succinct and claim they will make it up to us, but when? We havent heard back from them ever and it is unlikely we will place another order. So sad. Good thing Bareburger is right down the block!

Im a little shocked. Got a turkey burger on a multi grain bun...and that was all- no tomato/onion/mayo/pickle nothing not even spices! Cutlet was overcooked, extremely dry. The size of this "burger" is half of the normal, but they had the generosity to include one! ketchup packet. The egg and bacon salad is overpriced there wasnt even a whole egg in it two dry strips of bacon and lOts of lettuce souse didnt even cover one third. Definitely the worst burger Ive ever had.

Burger Village is a great place for a date, or with your family. I cant wait to throw a party on the second floor where they have a huge space for any type of event. The burger speaks for itself. So fresh and with great ingredients. The fries and onion rings are delicious as well. Ive ordered delivery and also ate there a few times and we are always happy. There is also a nice bar with tv screens. If you havent visited. Please do. You will enjoy it.

The burger is not as great as it was. Ordered a elk burger, smell exactly like bad egg. Talk to the waiter and he said elk meat is always smell like that and refused to do anything even smell on it. My gf and I try to finish it but cant even finish a bite. Then we give up, paid for it, and get home with a sick stomach. Meat is not fresh, or even rotten.

Burger was good and fresh, seasoned french fries was okay but kinda soft, waitress way far from being waitress... I wanted my leftover fries to go and I got a empty to go box and plastic bag on my table for me to do it by myself... Price was just a bit expensive but it may worth for my organic lamb burger...

I had the "superior choice" burger and onion rings. The burger was outstanding! I asked for it cooked medium and it was perfect. A truly hand crafted burger. I was also surprised to see that the onion rings were handmade. Overall a premium experience.

was here a few weeks ago with my sister, husband and brotherinlaw. It was a quiet snowy night . We loved doing this..food was great. Delicious burgers and great and fast service. Price probably better than Bareburger, but good more delicious. Try it.

Im a longtime customer and Ive loved this place ever since I first went. The prices are more expensive than some other places, but I guess thats what you pay for the premium ingredients. The beer selection is pretty cool, which is a nice bonus.
