Let me start off by saying that their bagels do not taste the way a Long Island bagel should taste. They taste more like an old, stale role from 7-11. The first time I went to this place my family and I sat down with a dozen of bagels and half pound of cream cheese. They did not napkins or plastic knives and claimed to have "ran out of them." The second time I went there I ordered a plain bagel with a slice of American cheese on it and nothing else. The total was $3.26. Does that mean that the bagel was $1.00 and the sliver of cheese was $2.26? The thing that bothers me most is how every gas station I go to has bagels supplied by them. How does such a poorly-run company have such great distribution? Oh well, I do what I can to spread the word within my community; Dont go there.

The food was adequate. However this is the second instance where Ive ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll only to find they forgot the sausage. The question is where accountability lies. Was it the person taking the order, the cook? It wasnt the person at the register, she asked what my order was and charged according to what I ordered, not recieved. I will not be taken a third time.

We order 18 whole grain bagels every 10 days from here because they are easily the best tasting bagels we have ever eaten. Service is always great and the price is right. Not sure why the other two reviewers were so negative. When we have visitors we give them Brooklyn bagels and they love them. 100% 5 star bagels!

Always forgets something. food is basic. price is basic. now has huge signs saying bathroom is for paying customers only. so if your a local going to any other store here, dont waste your time trying to use their bathroom no matter how often u spend money here. really obnoxious.

Im not sure how this place is still in business! Although the ladies were nice, the prices are ridiculous and the bagels taste like garbage! Will never go back again and will be sure to spread the word!

Doesnt deserve even one star. Bagels were stale, hard and were thrown away. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling these obviously stale bagels. Never go back there again.

Brooklyn Bagels had the best bagels in Town. Always Fresh and delicious. The establishments always neat and clean. Keep up the good work.
