Foods good and pretty fast. Service is borderline rude, especially at register: they seemed incensed that we dared take a penny from the penny dish to make change more easily; lacked communication skills when I asked for clarification about ordering an iced coffee. Rudeness/lack of simple communication is a turn-off. Worse, their backward ordering system requires you to memorize your order even though they wrote it down. So: not recommended for large family or large groups, especially in peak hours when seating is often full. -May, 2016

Fabulous, delicious, consistent. I frequent Brookside for the lazy mornings when I dont have time to make breakfast at home (which is a lot!). Their bagels are always fresh, egg sandwiches made with real egg on a griddle and bacon as crisp as you request! Im never disappointed. AND- much cheaper than any chain around!! I was amazed that eating this well was cheaper than going thru the crappy drive thru. Highly recommend.

Brookside bagels has a great assortment off bagels baked on premises. These traditionally baked bagels rival any fresh New York bagel. Great breakfast sandwiches with eggs and deli sandwiches with lunch meats and salads. Good place to stop for a quick bite or bagels to go.

Come here with the kids before school. The best bagels, flavorful just the right balance if doughy yet crunchy. Worth the wait if there is a line. Made in house. Get the Cheddar Everything! Great homemade breakfast sandwiches.

Ive been coming here sense I moved here in 2000, Ive always had a great experience here. Great food. Good prices. Great menu. Good atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Cant get much better then this place.

blown away by this chicken salad sandwich. Crunchy celery, good big chunks of chicken, not too much mayo. The everything bagel is delicious, especially if youre into kosher salt. SOOO GOOD!

They have different options of bagels, my favorite is blueberry bagel, so delicious. How it is a good place, usually is crowd , you can wait around 10 min but this worth it!
