Great food, great interior, friendly staff, hot food and timely. What more could you want. Our wait time to sit down was not long. The food was very good and home made, everything you would expect. I liked that it was not too big and therefore not too loud. I would recommend this as one of my best picks in the area and would gladly eat there again. And will! Thanks!

We had poutine (amazing!), breakfast sandwich (cheesy goodness!), and a side of granola (plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt-refreshing!). Prices were reasonable, and half the poutine is coming home for lunch. Couldnt fit it all in! Breakfast was fabulous, well have to come back again for other meals...

I love the Mix. The decor is lovely. When I went, we got creme brulee french toast,a pumpkin waffle, a sticky bun and a cinnamon roll. All were delicious. I highly reccommend the Mix Cafe and Bakery. We are from the NY city area, and we will return here on our next visit.

We have never been to a bakery that didnt smell like a bakery. The muffin and cinnamon rolls were okay but not what we would have expected, almost like they were made somewhere more commercial. It was tasty but we would not go back.

Down-home bakeries and cafes are something that Vermont does best. The Mix was a post camping breakfast stop that was a fantastic treat! That French toast - never have had anything like it - very creative and yummm-o-lic-ious!
