I was considering not even writing a review since I didnt end up actually eating there, but Ill share this story anyway. I hadnt been to any Olive Garden in about 10 years. The last time I went, there were shells all up in my seafood pasta dish. The previous time, it took servers an exorbitant amount of time to check in with us. So, considering my situation, I thought it might be time to revisit Olive Garden for a lunch. Walked in the door - two hosts (perhaps one was a server waiting to sit, I dont know), and it was just my daughter and I. Requested a table for two. Not a moment later, a couple different small groups of people came in and they were all sat before us. Fine. Maybe they all had reservations, I dont know. Another couple came in and waited as the other groups were being sat. Then, the host asked who was there first. At this point, after waiting about 20 minutes, I laughed and said I didnt really care. Mind you, the place was not busy AT ALL. The couple was nice enough to point out that we had been waiting first. Then we were sat at a table. Fine. No one came by. Ever. Not with water, or even to say hi. We waited for about another 20 minutes before just leaving without a word (attached is my maps entry to validate this time period). Maybe Ill see you again in 10 years, Olive Garden, but at this point, I dont see how youre worth anyones money.

we like going to this place because its not too long of a drive and the parking is convenient but other than that we had one too many of a trouble from this place ... just to narrow it down Im just going to mention two major incidents ... first was one was Mothers Day we had to wait 3 hours ( whenever we ask how much longer they keep saying another 15 mins/30 mins ) for a table for 5 people and still ended up in a table for 4 people anyway ( the GM Mr. Luchiano corrected the issue by offering us a $40 gift card and apologized ) ... 2nd major issue was 3 weeks ago it was my wife and daughters birthday I mentioned to the waiter that its my "girls" birthday as he was taking our order and he acknowledged by saying "sure no problem" ... make the story short we waited an hour for our food and at the end there was no birthday acknowledgement for my "girls" ... whats more heartbreaking was my daughter asked how come they didnt sing for her as they did for other customer who happened to be celebrating their birthday as well ... I think I might have had just enough of this place its a shame because the food is great!

Sure...the Olive Garden is not truly "authentic Italian food". Instead, it is an Americanized version of various Italian dishes. That said, the food is still pretty good. This location maintains the standards of most Olive Gardens I have dined at throughout the country. It is clean, good service and has their traditional decor. It can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekend, so be prepared to wait for a table for dinner. The menu is extensive, with an abundance of choices including over a dozen appetizers, soups and salads. Entrees include chicken, shrimp, beef, fish and pasta dishes. The desserts are also quite good. If one is seeking genuine Italian cuisine (of which there are many variations), I suggest seeking a restaurant that caters more towards traditional fare. But if youre looking for a good meal, at a reasonable price, with an Italian "flare", youll enjoy the Olive Garden. I recommend this restaurant.

I havent been to Olive Garden before. I went with two friends from my Bollywood group. The food was very good, but better than the food was the kind waitress who served us. Her name was Ani. The dining experience is not just only about food. Very often a waiter determines if you want to go back to a restaurant. Ani was gracious. She was kind, patient, and very professional. Her smile lit the room. She took her time, always checked on our table, if we needed something else. We were slow in deciding what we should order, so she kept coming back, without that we felt pressured in any way. With finesse she poured us a sample of wine. We liked it so we ordered a bottle. Her positive attitude just made us all feel comfortable and happy. So, thank you, Ani. You made us like Olive Garden. :-)

I was confused as to why so many reviews described this place horribly, this was a pretty decent restaurant. I went in on a weekday at around 6 and was seated pretty quickly. However, the wait at night on a weekend can average around an hour. Regardless, after being seated we received our complimentary basket of breadsticks and salad bowl before we even ordered drinks. I ordered the chicken parm. I noticed that the prices were quite high that seemed to be the biggest con. I didnt think that the portions were too small, there were two chicken breasts and pile of spaghetti on my plate. The food was pretty good. Our server wasnt the friendliest but he wasnt mean. Afterward we were allowed to pack up the remaining food, breadsticks and all. Overall, it was an enjoyable dinner.

My experience was awful. The service was slow, but the waiters were very upbeat. Anyway, so we sit down, and immediately we start smelling something horrid. Turns out that there was spoiled milk in the container they gave us for coffee. Then,we get some salads. They were watery, and the lettuce was rotten. Suddenly, a GIGANTIC centepede (about an inch in width, and 8 inches in length) crawls out from the wine cabinet/wall. It crawls into my salad. Ew. So we complain and they let us change to a table near the window. The food was mushy and kind of gross. So, we eat our bland food and we go home. Guess what I took home? Food poising that lasted me about 2 weeks. I suggest you DONT eat here.

I have actually been to this location a few times and never remember having any issues. Food is always good, service is decent and its never been an unreasonable wait time. They wont get a perfect score from me though, and that is because of the waiter we just had on Friday night. He must have been new because he seemed a little overwhelmed. He was a very nice guy, very friendly but not very attentive. We asked to try some wine, that took forever. Then we asked for a bottle of wine, that took even longer. I would go back to this location.

I ordered Pasta Fajoli soup for appetizer (which is my favorite soup and Ive had 100 times in my life, being Italian) The waitress brings me MINESTRONE SOUP and when I told her thats not what I ordered, she tried to convince me it was Pasta Fajoli soup 2 or 3 times and NOT minestrone soup!! Then I ordered a side order of meatballs and it came WITHOUT any sauce on it!! Plain and dry. It was like if a Chinese man orders egg rolls and he gets bread instead and the waitress tries to convince him its an egg roll. Very disappointed.

Olive Garden has always been my go to Italian chain restaurant but this location is only average. The breadstick was rubbery and felt re-heated. The vegetables were not cleaned before bringing out to the customer (see picture). The waiter promotes their alcoholic beverage eagerly. With that said, the waiter quickly replaced the vegetables when notified and overall was attentive. The chicken and salmon were well seasoned and tender on the inside. Parking is plenty and no wait even for Sunday lunch.
