What you are about to read will make you realize something interesting.... This place is filled to the brim with mediocre looking wait staff, seriously. The G.M. Gots to be ugly herself,, just look around at the sub par waitstaff... nose rings, saggy body parts, lots and lots of cover up...cmon lady get it together! Dear Female General Manager: Just because you werent on the "pretty list" growing up doesnt mean you have to hire nothing but 3* and 4* (out of 10) lookin waitstaff. Very Truly Yours, Mr. Equal opportunist (for hot women) This is actually a common thing throughout America with ugly women holding a hiring manager position and or general manager position....and its sad because in the end it is why I dont and will not spend money here... I refuse to support an operation such as this. I promise (5x out of 10) I will not tip my hard earned money to a busted waitress because theres nothing worse than being served at a restaurant by low class ladies- 3rd pick ladys and prude nerd women ...what a drag! with all this being said, get rid of the current hiring manager get some beautiful women in there and watch Buffalo Wild Wings profits soar! Guaranteed!

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been at. Waited over 35 minutes for someone to take our drink order(sodas only) (flagged down 3 seperate wait staff who ignored us)appetizers took another 35 minutes and were thrown on the table by waiter. Also never bothered to give us any plates, napkins or silverware. Ordered our food at the same time as the appetizers and it took additional 38 minutes to arrive, all the entrees were cold, and half of the orders were wrong, waiter apologized and stated that they were just to busy (crappy customer servive). I saw 3 seperate tables walk out while we dined, I should have taken the hint, and so should you!!! DF 11/11/2010

My wife and I ordered two sandwiches it took a 1/2 hr. to get it and there were only 4 tables occupied in our section. Tables needed to be cleared and the tables that were occupied were waiting for their food as long as we were. The waiter including the restaurant manager were doing nothing, just standing around. We ordered desert and that took another 1/2 hr. to cut a piece of cake. We refused it because we had to go! The Manager took off our drinks from the bill and apologized for the long wait. The service was HORRIBLE no work ethic at all !!! And the cleanliness was also HORRIBLE. To many LAZY people working there......

Local ESPETACULAR!!! Apesar de fila de espera, dependendo do horário e do dia, vale MUITO à pena. Comida saborosa, o local é repleto de pessoas jovens e bonitas. E para amantes de esportes Norte Americanos, aqui vc não perde nada. São várias TVs e Telões espalhados pelo recinto! Não podem deixar de ir!

Been patronizing this place for a while. Weve brought Family and friends here,some who are disabled vets. This past visit Feb 20, we came in for lunch at 11:50. Light crowd in resturant for lunch, drink order and food order were taken immediately. After a 25 minute wait our food still wasnt served. Manager came over and said he was working on getting us our food. No explanation why the long wait. Unfortunately we never got food, had to get back to work. No lunch. How dissapointing.

Service can be slow, but the wings are worth it. Other dishes besides appitizers/wings are decent. I have no clue why ANYONE vegan/vegetarian would go to a wing place... um hello? Wings=chicken. Sports bar=guys food=MEAT and BEER. Service is slow when busy though. I used to work there though, so dont blame it on the waiters! I make special trips for the Spicy Garlic wings and Fried Pickles!

I usually LOVE this place but lately everytime I have it my stomach almost instantly turns (not JUST me, my whole family too) and tonight was the worst! I never ever get an allergic reaction but today after having my dinner my lip became immediately swollen and I had the same thing I get everytime...wont be having this for a very, very long time.

Im a regular customer here, and for the past 3-4 visits me and my friends usually get a small order of wings with an appetizer, and it takes almost 45 minutes to get that out. Its been happening a lot recently and while the food is good when it comes to you, the wait isnt worth it in my opinion.

This is a entertaining place with large TVs with a trivia game against other people in the restaurant. The wings are nice and can be real spicy! The service is amazing. Its very quick. Just the elements of a great restaurant. I highly recommend this amazing food, entertainment, and service.

Its a sports bar, I get it...they dont have to put much effort in the food, but really? If you like waiting a while for bad food this may be the place for you, I guess it would be fun to drink and watch a good ufc match here..but its not like id come here under other circumstances.

Listen you bunch of crybabies. Those of you that think Gorden Ramsey is in the kitchen serving up 5 star cuisine are idiots. You go there to eat greasy food, look at some attractive scenery and yell/cheer when your favorite teams are on. Thats the extent of it.

People obviously dont understand wild wings. This place is THE place to watch sporting events...if youre looking for culinary delight why would you go to a sports bar and grill. Good cheap wings, aweful service

Service can be a little slow but thats why you just hang out and watch the games. Its not meant for those who wont scream for their team at the dinner table. Perfect for enjoying games with friends.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Server refused to change the Tv. Then ignored us after taking our order. Someone else gave us our food. Waiter never came back to check on us.

Even though they keep changing the size of an order the wings, the taste is always super. Service has always been very fast. One of our favorite non standard resturants.

Girlfriend got violently sick from food poisoning here. Threw up at least 10 times over the course of 8 hours. Plus Diarrhea. I was fine though and food was good

I really like the boneless wings, traditional wings are good too, appetizers are too small should be larger portions, I like the fries cooked extra crispy.

Take out always takes a half hour longer than they away, once waited an got and a half for cold and undercooked food. Never again from here.

Definitely not the best wings around, but they have a great variety of sauces. I also love that you can just order the flats or the drums.

Wings were cold and fries were soggy. There sauces are overly sweet. Beer selection is actually run of the mill despite the size.

Not the best place for diabetic. This used to be our favorite place. Since being diagnosed with diabetes I cant eat here at all.
