Have always thought of the Distillery as a great place, been there many times. This afternoons experience will make me reconsider for a while. My wife and I went there for their friday fish fry. After 10 minutes standing at the hostess stand with nobody else around, the bar tender finally came over and seated us. She said our waitress will be right over. So we sat there, across the isle from the bar waiting. After 10 or 15 minutes of waiting, and the waitress never did show up, we decided to leave. As we were leaving some manager comes out and says "have a nice day", to which I replied "would have been better if someone waited on us". He says oh sorry and walks away! He couldnt have cared less! It was 4:00 on a friday afternoon and the place was mostly empty. If the place was packed I could understand, but that was not the case this time. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment of any customer. Heres a news flash for that particular manager - Bad service is the kiss of death for a restaurant! I wont tolerate bad service or in this case NO service and wont be back anytime soon...

Had a terrible experience here. Probably the worst restaurant experience Ive had. I specifically asked if the mac and cheese had any meat in it and was told it did not. Waited forever for our food even though it was not busy. Our waitress came to tell us they had made our order wrong and had to remake it, but this was actually the table beside ours (also saw her give two tables each others bills). Food finally arrives and there is chicken in my mac and cheese. Im vegetarian. She takes it back and 20 mins later (after the rest of my table has finished their meal) my meal comes out. I have a few bites and then discover chicken in it a second time! Our waitress just kept saying it wasnt supposed to have meat. I say I would like to just leave now so she removes the meal I couldnt eat off our bill but never offered any other sort of compensation for my going home starving. Very unimpressed.

Ive been to this pub many times. The food is great and the service is usually very good as well. Whenever Ive had an issue, the manager always resolved it quickly without question. The one thing that does bother me, though, is the fact that sitting at the bar and running a tab gets me an automatic request for a credit card or they wont run a tab. They dont do this for anyone sitting at a table, so it seem kinda strange to request a card when you sit at the bar. Every Distillery location does this, so all I can say there is that its an upper management issue. This is the only bar Ive been to that does this which makes for a poor customer experience, if you ask me.

This is my third or fourth visit and it never disappoints. Bar staff are friendly and attentive and make a great cocktail. We hosted a dinner party for 8 and they had a nice corner table on the second floor to allow us a bit of privacy (although they do have private rooms for 12 or more). Server was knowledgeable, good wine list, and the meat and fish was cooked to perfection with great taste. They offer valet service because the restaurant is in a strip mall and you may have to park quite far away. But dont let the "strip mall" scare you away - the interior makes you feel like you are in a high end steak house in a major metropolitan center.

1st trip~ I went to watch football on Sunday and it was busy, but they were not at all prepared for it. There was not enough seating at the bar, and they only had 2 bartenders. There are too many places to stand around waiving at the bar tender for 30 minutes to get a beer on a Sunday. 2nd Trip~ It took forever to get a table, service was slow and the food was mediocre (greesy and small portions). 3rd Trip~ Tuesday night, service was ssslllllowwwwww again and they dont care... at all! Take away~ Its a bar, if you want a place with good food and good service, go somewhere else.

Today roughly 2 hours ago we had an order placed for pick up for a lunch meeting. When the food got to the office it was realized they forgot our drinks, utensils, condiments, and my French onion soup. Back to distillery to get the items forgotten. I went to eat the soup first bite there was hair in it. Ok moving on to my buffalo chicken sandwich first few bites were ok then I realized it was not fully cooked. My stomach has bees queasy ever since. A coworker who ordered chicken strips had the same problem. I will never order from here again.

I ordered a chicken casadia, the chicken tasted like it was nuked in a micro wave or from a, can, never got our refils, and the server was more concerned with flirting with my date, never asked or even came back to check on us after the entree was delivered, and we had to walk up to the front cash registrar to get the check, and who ever ordered fish in the vicinity of our table it must have been rotten because it smelled that way, never ever going back, terrible

I have an enjoyable experience at The Distillery. Over the years Ive had several different meals here and they are definitely better than your typical bar food restaurant. The wings are very good though they are quite expensive at about a dollar a wing. Burgers are juicy and delicious and their french onion soup is outstanding! Beer selection is very good and has great outdoor seating for the warmer weather. You really cant go wrong here.

Horrible we waited 20 min for a server another 14 for our drinks server did not know what he was doing ccame to us empty handed came to us twuce cause he forgot what we ordered food came out cold manager said sorry never came back we all got out of work to go here and also i saw servers drinking while on the job pne pf them was talking loudly about her body parts our server asked them to quiet down and she got louder overral bad experience

Terrible. S/o and I were seated in a tight table/high traffic areas next to kitchen with greeter seating one person to a booth(?) Seated next to employees eating meals talking to other employees about how "these seats were the worst in the restaurant" and other gossip. The absolute worst dining experience. To make things worst it took 20 mins to bring cold food out. Never again.

Amazing service, I really wish I knew the girls name that waited on me and my wifes table tonight. She had 4 other tables and never left us for too long without checking up on us and making sure we were happy. She did a damn good job and the Guinness burger my wife had was to die for. Plus we always go there anyway and I just wanted to show some love for tonight

Took a long time to get our food on a Sunday night & the French fries had cooled off. I ordered a gatden salad with my buffalo wings but the salad never came. The Margarita special two for one was watered down so not worth the savings. The other food ordered: the hamburger wirh guacamole was good as were the sweet and spicy chicken wings.
