HORRIBLE! Being a former server, I can be very sympathetic when it comes to a less than ideal dining experience, but this was all-around awful, from start to finish, and there was absolutely no excuse for the terrible service and overpriced food we received. Not only was the service painfully slow, but the servers themselves were very unfriendly, unprofessional, and appeared to be completely lazy and unmotivated. While most of the food wasnt terrible, (dont order the French Onion soup!) it was way overpriced considering the quality and extensive wait time. We stopped in after an event at the convention center nextdoor, and followed the restaurant signs to the bar entrance, where they still had a Breakfast menu posted (although it was after 3pm). There was not a server or bartender in sight, though there were several customers in the bar area, and since no tables were open we stood there looking around for about 5 minutes. When a server finally appeared she did not greet us with the standard "Hello, How can I help you?" (as a matter of fact, she tried to walk right by as if she didnt even see us there!) so I asked her if the restaurant was open (since it appeared to be closed, though the bar was open) to which she abruptly responded "No." "Ok...do you have a table available in the bar area?" I asked. She quickly looked around the bar and again tersely replied "No." Finally, I said, "Can we sit at the bar?" To which I finally received an affirmative response (though it was still very unfriendly & unwelcoming). Again, it took about 10 minutes for the bartender to approach us and take our drink order, and she too, seemed to be completely miserable. I ordered a cup of French Onion soup to start and a club sandwich. When the soup arrived it looked delicious, however, I dug my spoon into the cheese-topped soup and discovered there was not a drop of broth in it, (no exaggeration!) but rather the entire bowl was full of soggy bread. Despite the fact that I was starving I couldnt even touch it--Ive never ordered soup and received everything except the soup! I figured that it shouldnt be that difficult to make a sandwich, so I just decided to wait for that. They brought out my mother & aunts meals (a burger and a panini) and then walked away without saying another word (like "Ill be right back with your meal" perhaps?) I sat there for about15 minutes and when the bartender didnt return I finally tracked down the other miserable server to ask her if she knew where the bartender/my meal was. She too went into the back and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When they finally returned, (without my food or an explanation) they said, "it will be right out." Gee--Thanks. It pains me to think that visitors to Rochester who stay at the Radisson Hotel and likely dine at the Legends Grill receive the same awful service as I did and probably walk away with that awful impression and memory of our city. What a poor representation of us as a people! In summary, this was by far the WORST dining experience I have EVER had--even for a casual sports bar. The servers should be happy to have customers, and not treat each person like an unwelcomed burden--especially in this economy. As for the cooks, if you dont know how to make something as simple as soup, then take it off the menu.

We were coming from a conference from the hotel across the street. We decided to come to Legends as we all were staying on the hotel and were hungry. My husband and I thought it would be good since it was packed when we checked in. There were no more than 5 tables occupied when we got in and we got greeted with a UGH! Literally the hostess said UGH. We arrived just before 10 and the hours listed said they closed at midnight. The hostess ended up being our waitress...she takes our order and we wait....and wait...and couple comes after us and got their food before we did. And we waited some more. We got our food an hour later. It should not have taken that long for 2 chicken finger baskets (which we were told came with 5 fingers and we got 4) a burger, shrimp app and small order of wings. And the burger (wish I could add a pic) was BURNT!!!!!!! The waitress then says well they are very busy. She was asked to take it off the bill and she tries to ignore the question and says well we will make it again....no sir maam. If it took you that long to make it before and there were hardly people here...i think not. And we couldnt get any thing other that water bc their soda machine was down. When you think you saw what could be a manager everybody looked stressed out....we had to ask a bus boy where our food was bc it was taking so long. I am frankly upset we paid for my meal. Please dont come here and waste your time and money.

The front desk lady was rude. Walked in, waited my turn in line to check in (about 7 minutes) 2 minutes I to helping me she said "oh, Im going to have to help this crew coming in really fast before I finish with you." I said, "excuse me?" She repeated herself and dismissed me. Soni waited patiently. She came back and said the didnt have my reservation.... I showed her my confirmation email. She finally found it. 25 minutes later, Im on my way...... Went to the bar to order food to go.... bartender is running around like a maniac. Talking to herself.....mumbling under her breath about being so busy.... 5 groups of people were at the bar. I felt like I was inconveniencing her to order food there. Another person ordered food, same response. 2 groups left, after each left she announced how much they tipped and even commented on not serving them if they come back. Just poor customer service. Will try to avoid this place on my way back through.

Horrible service for 2 years in a row . Last year we stopped by before the car show , we were seated and no one helped us for over 30 minutes. We left and said never again. Giving it another chance we stopped by again today before the car show, we went to the bar sat ourselves and asked for a menu . It took over 30 minutes to get our appetizers, as we waited we seen bartenders arguing non stop and just a lack of professionalism . Every customer there looked uncomfortable and in a rush to get out . Its a shame such a nice location is run so horribly, Damien was a great bartender and very friendly, the 2 females were rude and dont deserve to be employed.

Worst service I have ever had. Waitress was absolutely terrible. She was so unbelievably rude to all of the customers. People were walking out. Unfortunately my husband and I were staying at the hotel for a convention so returned the next day for lunch and this time the waitress (a different one) was very nice but only waitress working and got busy. The cook actually came out of the kitchen and yelled at her to stop taking orders BC they were too busy. The bar was only about 25% full. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone!!!

My first time at this bar and grille and the service was inferior. The waiter had an acceptable attitude, but kept on messing up orders at my table. One of my colleagues discovered a hair in their salad and couldnt eat it. The wait time for food is unacceptable and I was dissatisifed when I received my food. Avoid at all costs.
