So I guess if you get hurt at a burger king make sure you have money to buy the ice you might need to reduce the swelling. My friend fell and need some ice for her chin and cheek. I pulled into the closest fast food place thinking I could get a cup of ice fast. I went to the drive thru lane lucky for me it was empty. A young lady asked if she could take my order. I explained that I didnt need to order any food And that I had someone who was injured and could I please get a cup of ice. I think she was confused as to what I was saying and had to repeat what I was asking for. She said "well Ill have to charge you for the ice" Uhhmmm ok. Whatever. Can I just get some ice. I drove up to the window and the girl isnt there I see a man in a grey shirt (manager ?)kind of fiddling around just inside of the window. I asked if I could get some Ice I have someone whos hurt and I need ice. I had a $20 bill in my hand holding it out to him. And he said something about how We dont have to speak rudely or something like that. Hhmmmnnn that upset my friend and she started yelling at him from the passenger seat to please give her ice and started to show him her "wounds" I asked him what his name was when he finally came over with a small clear cup of ice and handed it to me. I tried to give him the $20 to pay for the cup or the ice or was I paying for the cup and the ice. Im still not sure because he said to go. I asked for his name again. He asked why I wanted it. I told him so I could give them a good review. He said He didnt need my review. But I thought maybe he did deserve the review anyway. Having his name or not. Thanks for being there to help the public. You guys can do way much better when it comes to customer service.

Windows all around so plenty of sunshine, very spacey, never really feels congested, never gets really crowded, plenty of seats, external soda fountain and nice sized parking area with drive thru. The corner wall next to seats besides the restroom were all scratched up and incredibly dirty with seemingly dry and crusted human fluid, not very hygienic but it seemed an attempt was made to clean it. Other than that one major blemish, I would come back.

This fast food restaurant is a relatively new restaurant. I like the whoppers with extra ketchup and fries. My granddaughter likes the chicken tenders with apple slices. We both like the orange freeze, the coke freeze and the cherry freeze drink. I mixed the coke and cherry freeze. It was delicious. The chicken, apple cranberry salad is delicious. Prices are moderate. Service is okay.

This burgerking was such a delightful experience to eat there with my family. The restaurant is immaculate, the bathroom was very clean ,tables not a spec of food on them, and the floors were very clean. Not to forget the staff , they immediately were ready to help us order our meal, and especially respectful, and there attire was clean. Great for family, and child friendly.

Food was good but asked for Sprite clearly, was given Coke. When I went inside to ask for a new drink, the girl simply dumped the coke into the fountain drink area and gave me a filled Sprite with almost half the other drink still in it. Didnt even think to get me a new cup or anything.

Closes early ,I see him put money in safe so I wait 10 minutes as he finishes then he tell me its closed. Said he didnt see me. Too dumb to notice me and would be too dumb to notice someone robbing him , as he puts money into safe at 1230

This Burger King is stupid!! The old ugly lady with glasses who takes the orders at the register is stupid. She doesnt understand English and then when you tell her to fix the order, she doesnt understand what your saying.

Been eating here since I was 8years old. Never really hated anything about the place. Its fast food! Its one old bk, but still kicking strong. Lost one star cause they slacking, and not checking orders correctly.

Cold, dried out chicken nuggets, cold over salted French fries, cold coffee with not enough milk and no sugar, a hamburger instead of a chicken sandwich and very slow service. I was very disappointed!:-(

One of the better burger kings in Queens for sure. Never had any issues. Prompt service, good quality(for fast food), and plenty of parking. There is also a drive thru!
