Party of 11 we were told they close at midnight by 10 oclock everyone was surrounding our table walking back and forth asking if we were done we almost felt watched. Had four children at the party and they were almost a watched with their food pay $216 for meals that were incomplete they did not bring out fresh food the entire time we were there snow crabs were cold same french fries were on the table the entire time unlimited drinks are not Unlimited as they charge you $3.50 for one soda and if you do not finish the food is that is put on your plate you will be charged for that they also add gratuity of 20% for a party over 5 people even though they tell you a party over 15 do you pay for a cake to come out and what they bring you out and reality are the same desserts that everyone else is having which is something that is on the buffet line but you were charged separately for that overall was not too happy with the service had to ask for clean utensils and straws napkins just common things that come with any meal I go out to eat a lot in New York City and this is not a place that I would recommend if you were looking to entertain someone for their birthday even if they ask for it.

Well, I read all reviews before i go there. Ill describe specifically. Food, alot of varieties ,meat, sea food, Chinese , fried and grilled, rise pasta fries and so. the deserts wasnt alot of varieties ,acceptable , fruits as well is acceptable . Service is normal, its not a crowded place so they dont walk around alot, and once the drink almost done for me, they just refilled it to me without asking, which is positive . Well, let me say what exactly i ate, then will tell you the price. 1st i went there at dinner time after 6 pm. i filled two main dishes with food + drink + appetizers + small plat of fruits. I paid $20 with tips. i believe its expensive comparing to other places, but the food tasted so good and i left the place am sooo full . Hope this is enough details for everyone

Tapas-style sports bar. Cajun shrimp sauce, you dip with the cold bread they serve. Comes with good sized shrimp! Maduros are a must, they come with some black beans and a lil sour cream. The jerk chicken is on the bone, wasnt all that great. It comes with a little bit of rice, which I also doused with the cajun shrimp sauce. Ceviche was OK, large pieces of fish. I heard the chicken paillard was very good, too. Its a bit of a loud atmosphere, so good for Giants playoff games, not so good for intimate dates or gatherings. Parking is a little difficult, as it is in the Mission district. Service was pretty good.

So over all the food was cold which resulted the meat was stiff as leather and basically an estimate of $15 per plate. Hmmm...I would normally look past things like that. However, the main reason for my review is the fact that the staff demanded a 10% tip of my bill. I get it, it is generous to tip but this woman DEMANDED the FULL 10% tip and pointing at the bill while mumbling. Like WTH, its a darn buffet, you basically served yourself. So at the end, her tip was more than what I made an hour at my job. Pathetic! I would never eat there ever again nor I will never recommend Queens Buffet.

This buffet is really good. To start off, outside looks like an abandon warehouse but when you go inside , the atmosphere looks very authentic... you feel like youre in a Japanese restaurant. There are nice wooden walls , wooden ceiling and a great fish display where kids can throw their coins. The food is good in the buffet. It has a lot of varieties and great tasting food. They also have a super b fried section, and a great dessert section. Ice cream machine , cookies , cakes and fruits. I recommend you go and try it. Staff are friendly and prices are fair, like any other buffet.

Gave one star because that is the only way I could write a review.. The food wasnt hot.. Most of the meat I tried was old and hard/ rubbery making it difficult to chew because it had been out for hours. The soda tasted more like carbonated water then actual soda. The only good thing was the service they provided. They were quick and gave us no problem when it came to changing out our drinks (several times until we just went with the Ginger ale). Overall I definitely will NOT be returning. First and last time there..ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE PRICES....

Compared to the other all you can eat buffet in howard beach , this one doesnt have that much food. I only go here because its closer, the place is nice and all but the staff can be a bit rude. I was here once with a friend and they were standing right next to us laughing, talking and looking at us, very unprofessional. And they sometimes seem like they only care about getting tipped, for gods sake its self service. They didnt have to do anything and.should be thankful they get a tip at all.

My friends and i were on an adventure looking to find somewhere to eat. We used Google to find a spot near and traveled for almost an hour. Firstly Id like to say the graffiti on the walls caught my eye and it did not look like a restaurant from the outside point of view. Secondly, you guys have the audacity to charge $20 per person when the food quality is still terrible. It appears as if you spent more money on decorations rather on food quality. I was in the buffet while typing this.

The food was okay but what was most embarrassing was the waitress demanding a 10 percent tip even though they did nothing but watched me pick up a plate and fork! I eat out and tip generously! I dont understand the aggression in what is supposed to be a pleasant dining experience! I read the review and I saw this was a repeated incident! The biggest embarrassment was that we were a party of five! My colleagues would never go there!

Muy buena comida y buen ambiente pero los meseros te exigen una propina sin alguien k de una explicación, separado a lo k pagas por lo k consumes y en otros lugares es más economico.

This is a large, no huge Chinese buffet. There is approximately 20 different salad ingredients, 4 soups, 10 main entrees, pizza, chicken wings, chicken satay, choice of several desserts plus fresh fruit. Meal comes with hot Chinese tea. Price is reasonable. It is self service except for beverages. There is a small bar. Free parking.

Food very good taste, fresh but,the waters are to fast to pick up plates and dont let you enjoy the food. You feel like they are say hurry up and that makes you lose your appetite. They forget its a buffet. and they dont change utensils. Rembert you have to earn your tip, otherwise I like it.my favorite coconut shrimps the best.

Discusting and nasty food. Went once before and was unimpressed but thought i would give it a second try. My huge mistake. Horrible food and when i tried talking to the manager Jason he was not trying to hear me and was very rude to my daughter. So, horrible food....with horrible service. We all had stomach ache after.
