This place is horrible! When I first walked in I just wanted to eat. I went to the bathroom. The stalls are very small. I thought the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Only two stalls and one sink. So far, the bathroom is not good, but being honest, there are few bathrooms that are cleaned in this world. Then we ate. I walked up to the buffet. I got what I wanted. I sat down at the table and ate. The lady came up not even saying, "excuse me." She said, " Anything to drink?" We ordered. The food wasnt that good. I really didnt like it. So, I was fine, but then when we had to pay, the lady said, "here." We paid. The total was 57 dollars!!!! I was like, "what the hell?!" We have 50 because the hand writing looked like 37 dollars. She came back saying, "no 57 dollars!!! No, look!!!" So, my cousin said, "okay sorry,sorry!". We have her $1 tip. She is crazy. I think she should get fired and this place should get burned down. So I am never coming back to this place!!!!

Bad customer service. The server name Maggie (not sure if I got the name right) for they dont want to mention it when we are asking for her name. She was absolutely very rude! She was not happy with the tip that we gave and even counted it in front of us . Well, if I am not mistaken, tip defends on the service, she should be thankful that we still gave her where she does not really deserved it. Wed rather gave it to the person refilling the food.

Went there with a group to celebrate a family members 89th birthday. The staff was very nice. They allow you to BYOB. And they stored and then brought out a cake that we brought with us. The food is very inexpensive. The food is not the best. The buffet doesnt have as many options as other buffets. And the bathroom was not kept clean. Bottom line. You are getting what you pay for.

Terrible service, decent food, bad business, would not recommend to anyone. Credit card machine charged my card but they said it didnt go through but I go on my app Nd I was charged so after I called the bank Nd got my money back I realized that I am never going back to this place ever again for this terrible service (EVEN WHEN THEY JUST REBUILT THE PLACE) 5-21-17

visited super buffet in july 2010. dinner menu had just begun. cannot tell u how bad the food was. everything looked and tasted as though it were sitting there for days on end. spareribs were inedible. chicken was soggy and cold. service was extremely poor. i would surely never visit there again and warn anyone who considers going to stay away.

I may be a bit of a germophobe, which is probably not a good idea to go to any Chinese Buffet. But without a doubt, this place feels unclean. I always judge the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms to give me an indication of how clean and healthy the unseen food preparation area might be. If thats the case here, just stay away.

I will not digest contaminated food. If foods that are meant to be kept hot must maintain a temp of 160 to keep bacteria at bay, however, eat to your hearts content, when you get a virus several days later, you cant come back here and complain, humans are as stupid as the people who serve.

The lowest price buffet restaurant in Westchester It is great buffet restaurant in this area comparing this level price. I never found this level price buffet restaurant in Westchester county. I eat lunch at restaurant every day. It only $8.59. It is great price and great food. jim

Got there at 9:15 closed at 11, they didnt put out more crab legs. Most pans were skimpy and not very fresh, and very small selection. Most "super" buffets are just that, a large selection of fresh foods, $28.for 2 people at a very mediocre place. Service was par for the course.

HORRIBLE, PLACE FILTHY, sign in restroom said not to put used toilet paper into the toilet, but rather in the bin, you can then imagine the smell. Would never go there again if my life depended on it. The HEALTH DEPT. needs to pay them a visit.

Their cooked food was a little greasing and almost all their food had the same brown sauce. They had the standard fare of chicken broccoli, egg rolls, chicken wings and etc. Service was good and didn’t have to wait on line.

Food is undercooked and cold all 3 times ive been here. Waitstaff were borderline friendly. Elders were unfriendly while the young kids are very pushy and inexperienced (obviously).
