Its sad because you get crapy service from these ladies "the waitresses" they have the nerve to wait till you have paid your food then they are chasing after you making a scene infront of the whole resturant begging for a tip . Saying "Tip Tip Tip TIP TIP TIP"???? Like seriously one time me and my partner went there for dinner and when we was done eating the waitress brought us our bill but there was no bill she gave us a black lil tray where the bill suppose to be on but noooo it was just the fortune cookies. So me and my partner are good people hard workers for our money we seen what she forgot went to the counter and I said she did not give us a bill can I please pay for party of two . They billed us , we paid and then the next time we went for dinner they made us pay upfront !!! Treated us like complete garbage like we where gonna dine and dash the last time we was there! They are soo rude same food over and over its really good cant knock them but its ridiculous how they act in there . They need to be more professional! I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone . And to think this is my first written review ever! So thats how you know something got to be wrong with this restaurant.

My family and I have been coming to this place for years. Yesterday (5/25/16) we went for dinner, My husband and I just got finish speaking about how long this place has been here and it needed renovations because its beginning to look run down. I go take my 2 children to the bathroom and they are filthy and it stinks with water running from the toilet on the floor. I go sit down and my husband has a disgusting look on his face i ask him what wrong and he tells me he just saw a mouse. As i am sitting down freaked out. I pick up my legs and notice a mouses head poking out from under my daughter seat and we left immediately. I felt so disgusted because we in the middle of eating. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Me and my family of six three adults and three children went to this buffet as we got seated we were told that if we are ordering drink we have to order for everyone because we cant share l then said to the waitress my kids will not drink a entire cup of soda by themselves so I dont need for them, she said ok but I cant share yours with them its our policy can you believe that if my kids want some of my drink I have to say no because of there policy I just told them if am not allowed to share whatever am eating in this place I will not eat here be comfortable and happy where you spend your money you work hard for it.

The waiters treat the customer like pieces of sh*******. The food looks fresh but is not specifically with the seafood ones you starting eaten smell like decompose and it was, my 3 kids went directly to the bathroom for fee day. My son ask the Waiters for ice cream and they ignore my son. I ask for an other drinks and she dont even respond to me. And we be there for 40 mins. And them bring me the check and i dont even ask for it. If it was for me that place will be closed already. I worked on the restaurant the got letter "B" but with my knowledge it suppose to be closed.

This place is the worst!!!! First of all they charge by the childs height and not age. They charge my 4 year old nephew $8 and told me its because of his age..... but charge my daughter $13 because she is tall. Our bill for 3 adults & 3 children costed us $98...... until I talked to the not so nice (*VERY RUDE hostess) We ended up paying $86 for the worst food. We are originally from New Jersey going to visit family in Brooklyn.... And will never darken their doors ever ever again ****BEWARE***** STAY AWAY***** The food was not the best... I have had best

Any review here more than three stars are fake. No way in hell those people had a good experience. Didnt have any problems with staff but how can any half hearted human ask for tip at an establishment that is run down, room temp food and staff just socialize with each other? Not sure what even got into us to walk into this "restaurant". Go to the IHOP which is a stones throw away and take your chances there. Do yourselves a favor and change the name of to China "1 Star" Buffet.

My experience at this restaurant was okay....Ive definitely had better in the past. I only came here because it was what my father desired tonight. Some food was okay and some was not. Example, my General Tso chicken wasnt even hot. Some of my family members really enjoyed the snow crab legs so much that they had several helpings. I shouldve gone to a regular Chinese restaurant. This place would be used as a last resort for me in the near future.

The food here is disgusting. They need to upgrade their place with better tables and chairs.The food was so bad that my family and I had one plate each and then tried to leave as soon as possible. I hope you like being asked what do you want to drink before you even sit down. Additionally, there were some kids were playing with the food, it was a horrible experience. If you want some good food, I suggest going to Queens Buffet.

Not a good choice unless you want GREASE... I was here for a birthday party and it was a buffet of assorted cheap meats rolled in nasty sauces. There was everything from rice, veggies, meats, fish stuff. I dont know what I was supposed to eat. Went for the ice cream machine. There was also jello, kiwis, and deserts. Buffets are dangerous cheap food choices. Dont go if you want to be on a diet.

Im not a food critic but the food here was terrible. I wanted to give it 1 star but the children enjoyed some of what they ate so its getting 2 stars. This place has a B score so I wouldnt jump into eating here. The food was lukewarm, the macaroni was so bland... Omg and the chicken didnt taste that great. The desserts tasted so cheap... I hope they improve because I highly doubt Ill return

I would never go back there again. The policy only allows you to sit in the restaurant for 1 1/2 even with a large enough party. I dont understand that. On top of the time restriction they add 12% or 15% to the bill with a party of 6 or more. I will never take my family or friends to this place. Nothing beats Virginia buffets food or service.

This place is NASTY!!! ITS DIRTY!!! the staff is very rude. We had a party of 13. My husband and I with the kids and grands. The lady appeard to be bothered because we all wanted to sit together. We paid well over $200 for attitude. I WILL NEVER patronize this business again. Your better off taking your money elswhere. First and last time.

Its an all you can eat buffet that has seafood and crab legs. I still dont suggest going here. The food stays out for sometimes hours at a time and is stale and cold by the time it reaches your mouth. Good AYCE buffets are hard to come by here, but it gets the job done if you dont mind having an upset tummy.
