My husband and I have eaten there twice. (Both at the buffet section). We just went yesterday and I have to say, was thoroughly disappointed in our experience. The sushi selection is okay, but not first rate. They have other options besides sushi in their buffet, which makes it okay enough for the price. We went around 3 in the afternoon and was seated immediately. The second time around I noticed that they didnt maintain or fill certain sections with enough food. The sushi items were very low. Everything was average about the visit until we got to the end to pay. First let me preface with the service we got from our waitress. It seemed to us that she didnt understand much English, (which is okay, as long as she can refill our drinks) but that seemed almost impossible a task. We had to track her down each time we needed anything and it took several minutes for them to come to the table. Never once did she ask if we needed refills or check on us==NOT ONCE. So when we decided on tip, obviously it was not going to be our normal. 20%. She however decided to pick up the tablet with our signed copy and look at it while we are STILL SITTING at the table. She then scanned the tip and made a facial gesture, like "you gave me only this much?" I COULD NOT believe this! Who stands beside the customer (while theyre still sitting at the table) and check to see how much tip they gave you!? When you never come once to the table to ask how were doing or refill our drinks and when you do finally show up, it takes ten minutes to understand what were saying? I think a normal tipping average is sufficient. Needless to say I am very disappointed in their service. What she did was despicable and no customer should ever have to go through that. I wont be going back. Theyre sushi isnt even that great. The owners are severely slipping on their customer issues, bc while we were first there there were several other issues with the checks with much larger parties. The wait staff is not helpful on the buffet side and if you want anything you need to literally track them down. For a restaurant that just opened I say they are only declining and becoming more and more lazy.

I hate writing reviews but its imperative that I do my best to stop anyone from ever going to this place. Getting into this place was a challenge because theres about four possible entrances. Unfortunately, the challenges didnt stop there. Trying to get someone to seat us was also rather difficult. Once we were finally sat, we made our way to the buffet. The disorganization of the food was annoying. As someone who is allergic to seafood I really wish that the chicken wasnt in-between flounder and salmon. The food was not even room temperature, it was just cold. I tried to make the best of it but even their soy sauce was terrible. Finally, I dove into the dessert but nothing looked very appetizing so I played it safe and went for the ice cream (because I know its made in-house). Overall, this experience deserved a two-star rating at best but then we received the bill for $53 and wished there was a below zero star rating to match the below zero weather outside. Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else.

My son and I have eaten at the buffet about a handful of times and the hibatchi side, a couple of times. Both were pretty decent, obviously having gone back multiple times. We went tonight around 8:15 pm, was seated and ordered our drinks. My son grabbed a plate and some sushi while I grabbed a plate and was looking at the Octopus salad, that is when I saw the 1/2 baby roach crawling over the food and one of the plates, before moving along to the Octopus salad plate and just hanging out. I was waiting for someone that spoke English to tell, when one of the women that clean and replace the trays was wiping up and some the roach. She then proceeds to move the plate, making the roach run underneath it, where she then proceeds to squash it with her finger and slide the food plate back into place. She didnt even take the plates to throw out the food or to clean....WTF? REALLY? Needless to say, we will never go back to either side of the restaurant again.

My wife and I went for our first visit for the buffet on Friday night, so we paid $23 each. The Hibachi part of the restaurant is separate and different. The sushi was so-so. I dont typically make a big distinction in sushi quality though. They had a dim sum type selection which tasted quite bad, and I do frequently have dim sum. I didnt try the Chinese style food much, but my wife didnt care for it. The table service was fine, but quality control was lacking: labels for food were incorrect on the buffet (a big problem if you have an allergy), buffet plates werent well watched. Interestingly, the same chefs who cook at the Hibachi tables, do not make any of the food for the buffet. They had a nice dessert selection, the fruit was probably canned. For this quality of food, I would expect to pay about $10 and still be disappointed. Other buffet places (China Grand Buffet) have more food that tastes better for less cost.

Took my son here for his 5th birthday because he loves watching the cooks and the food. Had to ask 3 times for spoons and waited almost 20 minutes for them. Told the hostess and waiter that it was his birthday and when the lights went out, the discoball went on, and the cake with candles came out. My son sat up excited and waiting from them to come sing to him, but they sang to three other adults and never came to him!! I was devistated and upset that because of how they dissapointed him. Hes a little boy and didnt deserve that!!! I didnt leave without telling them what JERKS they were for that. The hostess response was "oh yeah, sorry about that". Thank God we had planned a surprise party with his friends and family at home after dinner so at least that made up for these peoples ignorance!!!

Let me start by saying it SUCKS!, the food was cold and nasty, no life to it, and no taste. The soup was water with only 4 mushrooms the noodles were mush extremely over cooked, the chicken had no taste or seasoning service was really poor and long and careless the waitresses were as if they werent concerned about what they were doing or what they were serving. Over all the experience was not worth the money or the time it takes for you to earn your money and choose a decent restaurant to spend it on to enjoy that moment of satisfaction of going out .

It is not good the food was cold not even warm they have the food on plates instead of heated trays the food is sitting out in room temperature and cakes and other foods like shrimp and sushi tasted stale and dried up and dense since its been sitting out for long periods of time the food is not fresh on top of that they threw the check on the table and we werent even finished eating which is very rude I was embarrassed taking my friend hear cause I had a taste for Asian food dont go hear its not worth it
