Tonight we ordered at LG Round white Pizza with extra ricotta cheese, and a large antipasto... the delivery arrived and the pizza had no white sauce at all and no ricotta cheese at all. The antipasto had no cheese at all and only ham and salami, no pepperoni or cappy... we called inferno to be told they were out of ricotta but they would give us a free topping next time. The pizza is just a crust and mozzarella cheese. Its hard, dry and disgusting to even look at. We were charged $16+ for this Pizza and definitely got charged for a double order of ricotta. Why wouldnt they call and say hey, were out of this, would you like to alter your order?" Sadly, this isnt the first experience of this sort here. This happened one other time where we ordered stuffed shells and got baked Zito. When we called the answer was "were out of stuffed shells, baked ziti is pretty much the same thing. I disagreed and they offered me $10 off my next order. They never made good on that. I like the convenience of them but am willing to go elsewhere for better service and quality. What a shame.

We live literally in the park behind Inferno. We have ordered here MANY times. If you order a round pizza, half the time they dont cut it all the way, and it falls apart before you can even take a bite. Floppy and tasteless! We tried a square pizza, for more stability. they skimp on sauce, chesse and toppings. Again, there is NO FLAVOR! The last time we ordered, it was 2:45pm on a friday. We didnt get our delivery until 5:30! We were told 45 minutes, which is understandable for a friday. I called at about an hour after we called and they quickly apologized and said its on its way. We didnt get it for another half hour, and our pizza was luke warm and our mozzerella sticks were hard and cold. There apology for being so late was a single 16oz can of Mountain Dew. Pathetic! Considering we are less than a quarter of a mile behind them (literally a 3 minute drive), its a bit on edge. I would have driven, but I was unable to drive since I was recovering from back surgery. This was the last straw, and they have lost our business!

We have been ordering from infernos for awhile and lately they have gotten so bad at everything. The first time they screwed up was when we ordered for delivery, they told us 45 mins to an hour. They arrived an hour and a half later. Then we gave them another chance, and we ordered a 24 cut pepperoni and 24 cut buff chicken pizza. They gave us a barbecue chicken pizza and an uncut pepperoni... seriously? Last chance, we ordered a 24 cut for a certain time, giving them plenty of time to prepare it. Got there and Im informed they had to get more supplies and it wont be ready for another 25 to 30 minutes. Seriously this place is crap now.

We are new to the area and decided wed try someplace new for dinner. We placed an order at 9:07pm over the phone, they gave us our total and told us itd be 35 minutes for delivery. Needless to say 50 minutes went by and WE STILL DIDNT HAVE OUR ORDER! So we called knowing they closed soon at 10pm and got no answer. We NEVER received our order! We wont ever be trying food from this pizza shop! Very disappointing as we live right down the road. I wish I could give them 0 stars for extremely unprofessional behavior!

Basically, the only positive thing I can say is that the food was delivered under the one hour estimated time. They should be embarrassed by their pizza. I opened the box and immediately knew it was going to be awful. Soggy soft crust, bad sauce and processed cheese that looked like it was microwaved. I never can understand how a business can deliver a product like that and be able to sustain itself.

The past two times I had food delivered from them, I got my onion rings cool and soggy, and the wings were barely warm, as well as the mozzarella sticks. It did take longer than expected to get my delivery, and I live less than 2min away. I have had good Pizza from there, but I wont order from them again, because I had to throw away part of my order twice now being that it wasnt edible.

This one is tough, the pizza is great, but they are inconsistent at lunch time on having slices available. Hard to beat their 2 slices and a can of soda for $5, but you never know what soda they have stock....its hit or miss. More importantly cleanliness seems like an issue, napkins are rarely available at counter, tables tend to be sticky, kitchen.....

Have given this place more chances than I can count. Tonight we first ended up with the wrong pizza being delivered and it was replaced without a problem........uncooked; soft raw dough crust; uncooked cheese on top. Going to try to make it edible by cooking it here at home. No more chances for these guys!!

Easily the best pizza in town! I only had one mistake when I ordered online, but they gave me a 2 liter for my troubles. My only suggestion is to not order online, even they said it doesnt work very well. A bit pricey but this is NY and it tastes really good, so Ill continue to buy here.

Very unimpressed. Soggy crust with canned mushrooms. Not much sausage or pepperoni for a "The Works" pizza. Place was pretry filthy as well. Gave it a try because it was close....but wont be going back.
