Ill be honest, every time I come here its great. Theres these lady workers who are so positive and polite and act like everyone is family and even though it can be busy they cl take time to get to know you. However, today I came here and they werent here. I came in and like usual I was told to sit anywhere. My family and I came in the same time as this other family but they got their drinks first and food first and we havent even ordered or got asked what to drink yet. The workers are practically throwing everything at our tables. Once they asked us what to drink (which they did in a very unhappy, rude kind of manner) he got them and ran off. We have not even ordered yet and we have been here for half an hour. Worst experience ever. I rather have positive workers and workers that can prioritize than ones that are a mess. My opinion.

Walked in the tables were dirty. The woman at the cashier had her hair in a pony tail. Her hair could go in the food. She walked back in the kitchen. All staff should have hair pulled up in a bun off there shoulder. I think that all resturants should have cameras set up so we can watch kitchen staff to make sure they wash hands and dont mess with the food. We should be able to watch by our phones. To top it off the waitress forgets the drinks and tells us the pepperoni pizza got dropped on the floor and didnt come on time. Our waitress did not once wash her hands after handling money phone and food. I will not come again.i dont know why we came. Will be contacting the general manager.

I went in in it was early in the evening. The women behind the counter just sat there talking with what Im assuming was a friend. Simply because of the conversation and the lack of professionalism that occurred during the exchange. So I stood there quietly waiting for my order which was incorrect. Only to get home and find the pizza was still not done. It was pretty sad to read similar reviews, I dont know if Ill be going back here any time soon

The service is very slow. It took over a hour to get the appetizers..and the server messed up and didnt order the bread sticks. Messed up the a few things on main entrée order. And when the server came to the table she didnt even say hi. Just looked at us and said Drinks and after i started ordering after every little pause she said thats it? This was the worst experience i have had.

Unhappy very ordered 3 pizzas everyone of them was messed up and cold this is horrible then manger gonna say my address like oh that place mind you the kids tell me there mom order pizza and had to call back for just about same reasons I will never again order I advise everyone look before u buy

We love our Pizza Hut for dinner always relaxing n quiet able to enjoy family n friends! Besides Gail is the best been there since I was a little girl now my 12yo son looks forward to seeing her!
