We felt overlooked and it was not busy. The sides looked like they had been there for hours and did not look appetizing. The wall by our table had 6 small flies on it and one on our table. The table was sticky. The young woman checking us out was friendly, the man who started our order not so much. We had to ask for salt and pepper and had to ask for sauce for our chicken strips - twice as both of us ordered the same thing and they only gave us one. The chicken strips were overly peppered, otherwise flavorless. Weve been to a different location before and the food was delicious and hot. My green beans were cold, the mashed potatoes lukewarm at best. We brought home the leftovers and they are going in the trash. We were so disappointed.

love the food, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I usually order online because I always have a big order, and to spare time for other people that are their and on a rush I do it within an hours notice.. and I arrive a couple minutes late in case its not all done.... Never has it been on time I always have had to wait for them to make it, so its an extra 30 minutes that I am there and wait... And then I get attitude from the guy that works there, I dont understand why because I dont complain until today that they messed up 7 times my order. I have been patient enough, they need to get staffed and better organized. they need help and new management

This place has ruined Boston Market for me... Ive been here a few times and gotten delicious Turkey Pot Pie, but have been unable to get one anywhere else. Apparently this is not a normal offering from Boston Market though which is a shame because the ones they make here are excellent.

Went in for a chicken dinner and none to be found! Seriously!? Looonnnggg line of hungry folks... manager never announced that they were out of chicken! Could have saved a lot of people a lot of time. Not going back!

I have always loved his place! The food is excellent and the portions are good for the price as well. I have ordered their Holiday Heat and Serve Meals for Thanksgiving a few times and it was perfect!
