Ok I arrived at 6:15 am knowing Ill have to be very clear with my order from past mess-ups. So Im the only one in there thinking they cant blow this order. My order 1 sausage bagel with No egg melted cheese and 1 bacon bagel No egg melted cheese. I received cold cheese on both including egg on each and No sausage both bacon. Nice job management with the hiring what a joke! Im sick and tired of this! How about addressing these issues and respond to us instead of hiding under the counter.

Went to Tim Horton’s, 4380 Buffalo Road, North Chili , NY on 01/10/14 about 845pm after ice skating with my children. Kids wanted to stop for a donut and cup of hot chocolate. The selection of donuts wasdisappointing. Very few donuts available (90% empty) and we were told "none in the back. I thought this was a donut shop? Get it together Tim Hortons !

Awful! Not even the first time something happened at this tim hortons. How hard can it be to put food in a bag and make coffee? Everytime its different and screwed up. I cant win with tim hortons.. any location! But this location is beyond AWFUL! dont even know where to begin.

If I could put zero stars I would because you dont deserve the one I had to give to write a comment!! This is by far the worst Tim Hortons around! Always out of product always understaffed. Store is always in disarray even when the owner is there..

This Tim Hortons is in a good spot. Usually quieter after 7,7:30 PM. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate during peak hours, as the drive through will wrap around the building, boxing parked cars in.

Everything is great but your wifi stinks in allof you stores slow take too long to load ! Need to work on smething new tat is easy and fast! I can go to other places and it load and easy to use

this is by far the worst tim Hortons iv ever been too. not only is the staff not friendly. the coffee is ridiculously sweet compared to other Tim Hortons. plz adjust your sugar machine damn!

Best coffee! Great price! Great deli sandwiches, soup, hot chocolate, and cookies too! It must be good when the cashier says "See you tomorrow!"
