Recently found out that my fiancee gets sick from gluten, so we were very happy to stumble on this place. Its small and cozy, but definitely worth it. There is an entirely separate gluten free menu, not just a page or two. The options! Pizza, paninis, quesadillas, burger, sandwiches, even homemade gluten free mozzarella sticks! It is a gluten free gold mine! They even have evidence on the walls of supporting celiac movements. I totally recommend this place for anyone, not just those with gluten issues. We both got a separate pizza (only because she wanted Hawaiian pizza and I wanted their clubhouse), and if I didnt know it was gluten free, I wouldnt be able to tell! The crust is amazing. Thick, firm, and delicious! Totally worth the price and trip to find! One place we will visit again often in the future!

Great Food, DELICIOUS gluten free options. I have yet to have anything on the menu thats not yummy. Bakery items are all made in house, you can definitely taste the freshness. You would never know it was gluten free! Fish Frys are yummy! Also available in gluten free option. Small town with a gem of a place. I would definitely stop in and order. Staff are personable any questions with the menu their pretty great with finding the answer. The Owner Paul is always there, hes a great funny guy. Family friendly for sure you can dine in as well but they do deliver. Quite the selection in food. Check it out you wont regret it.

One of our favorite gluten free destinations!!! Pizza is wonderful as is everything else but the cookies...oh my goodness. The cookies are to die for. The gluten free cookies are on par with gluten cookies. You wouldnt even know it! Employees are always friendly and service here is pretty great. We never had a bad experience. Owner should be proud of this establishment as it fills in a large gap that local food community fails to serve. They are generally knowledgeable about food allergens and are very attentive to celiac disease sufferers. Love this place!!!

Celiacs: this is our place! They make all of their extensive menu items from scratch, on-site in a safe environment! They offer pizza, calzone, pies, cookies, ravioli, and more -- all gluten free! Best yet: they taste amazing! The owner and employees are very knowledgeable about Celiac issues and are exceptionally friendly!! If youre in the area, make a special trip just to visit this amazing little place!!

Well, after a painful phone call to order a pizza for delivery, which the new guy didnt know how to take an order etc. (HEY! TRAIN your people moron! Maybe a role play on how to take an order? DUH) Then they get here and forget the soda...so then I call to let the owner know and he didnt seem to give a crap! Sooooo..Salvatores it is....Thats probably why nobody has heard of this place.

Amazing gluten free pizza. Well worth the drive from anywhere in CNY. I asked the chef why he started making gluten free pizzas and he said its entirely because he wanted to and because usually gluten free pizzas arent good, so he wanted to change that. He certainly did! The cakes are delicious too - highly recommend.

The best gluten free pizza I have yet to find. They make everything FROM SCRATCH. There is a bakery attached as well, which everything Ive tried thus far has been delicious, homemade, and gluten free!!!! They are willing to take on special orders as well if you ask ahead.

Simply the best GF pizza I have ever had! Great customer service too! Oh, and the GF pecan pie, mnm cookies, and "full moon" cookies are amazing! I highly recommend!
