I went in yesterday morning and it wasnt busy. I ordered a bagel and they accidentaly charged me twice. Then when I waiting at the counter for the food, they gave my order to the drive-thru by mistake. Because it would take so long to redo the order, I would end up running late for work and just left the establishment. After work, I called the Panera and spoke with the manager who was VERY understanding and told me to come in the next morning and they would remake my order. So I did and the cook who made my order recognized me and was very sorry. They were super cool about it and I am so glad I went back. Overall, food is ALWAYS delicious, but just make sure you have a couple minutes to spare when placing orders in case mistakes do happen. We are all human! :)

Worst restaurant ever, Ive been ordering online for a few weeks now and they never get an order right. If you order from them, you have to make sure you check to see if the chicken is on your "Greek Chicken Salad", if the extra cheese you paid $1.50 for is on there, if any other ingredients you added and/or paid extra for (including an extra $3.50 for extra steak) is on there as well as ingredients that are originally on the dish. Today I order a greek chicken salad that comes with chicken, lettuce, feta, and red onions, I asked and paid for asiago parmesan and pecans to be addded. I got a box full of lettuce, and a pinch of pecans and asiago cheese. These people arent even trying to get your order correct.

I never do reviews but I felt the need to comment on this one. Last week I stopped through the drive-thru on the way home (I live outside Wilmington). Got home and my flatbread was hard as a rock and completely black on the bottom where it had been left to burn. The bottom literally crumbled as I held it. Had to throw it out. I called to speak to a manager and politely explained the situation. The manager was less than concerned and seemed annoyed. It sounded like he was following a script. He asked if I could come back and I explained to him how far I live. He said he would send me something in the mail, but I havent seen or heard anything since. My family ate there weekly and now were done.

So I usually dont do reviews but I was appauled by what I saw this morning at this particular panera bread. I ordered my food and went to sit on the bench to wait, then suddenly I saw a Roach. Yes a Roach on one of there food shelves. Trust me where there is one, there are mostly likely more someone else. It grossed me out so bad that I wanted to get my money back. Panera bread is too expensive to have roaches. I expect better and better cleanliness. Also the customer service could use some work. Hopefully the one in Mayfaire is better because I wont be returning to this one.

Horrible service experience. They were out of items advertised on the menu. When I asked the drive thru server what was available she tried to make me feel like an idiot and rattled off a list of what they did have so fast that I couldnt make out half of it. I ended up just ordering something random. I got to the window to pay and the girl was rude and practically threw my order at me. To top it all off, I got back to my office to discover they had given me the wrong order. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I love this panera...They have great service, and wonderful food. My wife, kids, and I go here as often as we can..If you have never been to a Panera Bread before, know this..They have healthy options a long with a giant menu, and what seems like a home style bakery. The quality is great. Make sure you take advantage of the dollar bakery item included with the"You pick Two" special they have...Their bakery items are a real treat. It is a little bit more expensive than a fast food place, however well worth it!

You guys should really get better about making sure the online orders you are doing are correct. If I specifically order exactly what I want, and it is correct on the receipt on the bag, and the actual food is NOT correct, then there is an issue. Almost every time I order online there is at least one issue. I love Panera, but whats the point in customizing my order if it is never made correctly?

Chicken avacodo sandwich contained 4 tiny pieces of chicken and Im not a big meat eater. It was to have chipotle on it but I found none. Greek salad was nice and fresh. I had my order made to go and the salad was a much smaller portion than when dining in. Truely disappointed with my meal today. Its normally quite good

Large Panera! even when its busy I can always find a place to sit. there is even an overflow parking lot which is great because its near the mall. The food is always great although there has been a couple times where its different but still consistently delicious. They even have a drive-thru!

Food was great, service was horrible. They forgot the bread. Was rude about replacing it. We ended up ordering more food and the employee "Andrew" took a normal sized piece of bead ripped it I half and put it in the bag for two meals. I guess we go to Mayfair if we want panera bread.

60% of the tables were available and 100% of them were dirty. We had to clean our table and saw other customers doing the same. Never saw an employee wiping down tables.
