Bad experience. One of the items I ordered was a garlic pizza. I was there when it came out of the oven. There was no garlic. The person who cut the pizza noticed this and told the pizza maker. His solution was to throw clumps of cold garlic on the pie. Now Im talking about few huge clumps. 90 percent of the pizza had no garlic. The remaining ten percent of the pizza had so much (cold) garlic that it wouldnt be enjoyable. I asked the pizza maker if they usually put the garlic on first and he said yes but this time its ok because the garlic is very fresh. Freshness wasnt the issue! He didnt apologize or offer to make a new pizza. I had to take the pizza home, spread out all of the garlic and then put the pizza in the oven. I paid them to make a pizza yet I did a lot of the work. My friend got a chicken calzone and said there was barely any chicken. Id skip this place.

I dont know if there was a management change or if there are new owners but its not the same. Their mussels fra diablo used to be the best! The sauce was amazing, it was a nice healthy portion of mussels in a fresh tomato and garlic sauce with the right about of spice. It Was great, but now its just mussels on the half shell (MUSSELS ON THE HALF SHELL!!!!) with a SPRAY of tomato soup..you cant even dip ur bread in it anymore. Im so disappointed, this place used to be great. The mussels deserve 1 star but the rest of the food offered is still good so i will be giving 3 stars.

Called and asked if I could place a order for pick up. Ordered a plain cheese pie no problem but as soon as I tried to order a Alfredo tortellini the attendant put me on hold and then hung up. I called 4 times after and she actually hang up on me all 4 times. Finally someone differnent picked up the call and put me on hold again with no avail. If its too late or you cant make the dish just tell a customer dont be rude and dismissive. I dont know what happened to this place.

Fried calamari is frozen and rubbery. Marinara sauce was decent. Service was slow, we were not asked for drink orders for a good 15 minutes while its not busy. Chicken Parm was unsatisfactory and took 35 minutes from the time it was ordered. No silverware or napkins were handed out to the table. Pizza slices were good however a little burnt. Overall was not a good experience especially for my first time here.

I been coming here for about year now and not one time did i have a bad experience my entire family come to this place on occasion and we have ball . Which leads me into my next point giardino staff are very friendly and like to have good time . There food is excellent right down to the dessert i truely think everyone should come experience giardino. This cozy place if definitely worth it

Extremely delicious! Friendly & hospitable service. Ordered the best Chicken Primavera dinner ever!!! Cooked with large broccoli, chicken breast, roasted peppers with melted mozzarella topped with garlic butter over angel hair. Indeed, it was simply heavenly. I can now brag, you guys are the best in town. Thanks Frank and George the amazing, hard working front line chef & entertainer.
