I ordered one pie for delivery and was told 45 minutes. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called to ask about our delivery. The owner told me it was coming and offered no compensation. He was very rude and said just refuse the order if you want. Clearly customer service is non-existent and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I haver ordered many times from Pizza Time. Today was my last time. They have a coupon on their website for 24.99 When I called to place the order, they said they would not give me that price. If you want to raise the price fine but, you then need to update you website. I will not give my money to a place that likes to "Bait and Switch."

This is what a Pizzeria is all about! The plain slices are good sicilians better and the calzones are the best In town. Everyone who thinks they know a good pizza place should go their and see what's really up about pizza. I'm from Jersey and it don't get better than this.
