This place is terrible. My husband just walked in to place an order. Three employees were working. After 3 min, not a word had been said to him! He did have the cashier look directly at him and then away. He witnessed another guy grab money to put in his pocket and walked right past him, out the door, and then back in again. And the third guy complained about something to the other guy. Not one acknowledged him. Very rude and lazy!! This was after we decided we would give them another try. About 4 mos ago after 3 times of the worst service ever, we had given up on this place. Save ur $$ and go somewhere else. I recommend OIP in Syracuse on James St. More pricey, but incredible food and great customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous! About a year ago, we ordered pizza and they NEVER came. When we called they made some lame excuse that they tried to call us (phone never rang). So, we decided to give it another try tonight................after 2 hours, our pizza finally showed up COLD. We tried to call and they never answered the phone. So disgusted right now......

Unbelievably bad. We had a stuffed crust pizza and it was bad. The pizza was old dough. They try and save money by not throwing out the expired pizza dough. I worked in pizza for years and I can tell when a pizza shop uses old dough instead of fresh. THIS IS WHY PIZZA HUT HAS GONE DOWN!! They try and save money by selling expired product. DISGUSTING!!

Dont waste your time trying to order from this location. I have never once placed an order here without either getting the wrong pizza delivered, being told there was no delivery driver available, or being told he would be late and not hearing anything or receiving my pizza for the rest of the night. I highly suggest picking someplace else ;)

Only one table. No straws or fountain drinks. No tables for wheel chair customers to sit with other customers, no handcap parking. Food was good though.
