I used to go to this location at least once every two weeks with a party of 6-7. The wait was always long, but bearable. I just gave them a call because we have a party of 13 this evening. Including some elderly folks as well as young kids. They were adamant on not taking reservations or any form of call-ahead-seating. I even spoke with the manager and explained our situation, and said that we didnt want to have the old folks and babies all standing in the lobby for an hour - or worse yet - standing outside with all of the smokers. The manager said that they cant make exceptions - even with large parties - but that the wait right now was only 45 minutes. I explained that we were coming back from being out of town, and we were about 45 minutes away. He then said - well, in 45 minutes the wait would be about an hour. I asked him if he thought we would really come to his restuarant if we couldnt get seated for an hour and 45 minutes, and he said there was nothing he could do. I even offered to order the food over the phone, just to get our name on the list - and he said no. I then offered to give him a credit card number, just so he would be assured we would show up - again, the answer was no. Fortunately, we found another restuarant about two minutes away from Red Robin - Kirbys in Fayetteville. They were very accomodating. I told them we would be in town in approximaetly 45 minutes, they said they would have the tables ready for us, and everything worked out great. I wont be going to Red Robin again.

Stopped by at Red Robin (between 2-3 pm Sunday 27th Dec) while on our way back from New York to Ontario (we were visiting from Canada for the holidays). Great place with a lively decor and ambience plus lots of entertainment (games, drawing boards with chalk etc) ... but best of all was the service - mind blowing! We had been seated but not had a server take an order so we mentioned this to a passing server. Next thing we know is the manager comes over and apologizes profusely and makes sure we get served right away. He and our server made sure our food came as soon as possible.They apologized several times. The food was delish ... the manager was absolutely fantastic we are not sure if he is the manager there but it seemed like it since he was not wearing a typical server uniform he was a tall white guy in shirt and beige pants... adorable fellow! I hope you are reading this ... we are the Pakistani family who came to Red Robin today for burgers :) Thank you so much ... wish we had taken your name ... both the server and manager deserve a raise :)

Worst unsanitary experience ever!!! There were several baby flies all over the wall where we sat, my huisband and I couldnt even begin to enjoy ourselves. The manager apologized and offered us another table and we had the same experience with more flies on the wall. The manager brought out my salad on a plate so small that my salad was touching the table. There was hardened dirty food and a dead fly on one of our dishes for the onion rings that we ordered. The manager laughed and thought it was a joke. The bacon on my husbands burger was so closed to raw that at that point I was out the door!!! Health Inspector needed there ASAP!!! Only thing nice about this place was the waitress that seated us. I give the 1 star to her.

We went to this restaurant with my sisters 3 children 3 and under. While the hostess turned us off a bit with so many questions the staff was unbelievable! The waiter was a handsome young man who immediately came over to see what we wanted for the kids and had their food out in no time to help keep them occupied as we decided on our own meals. When I wasnt fast enough to get the glass salt shaker from my nephew and it hit the ground and shattered EVERYWHERE the staff was quick to clean it up and assure us it was okay. The manager came over to apologize they were glass and make sure no one was hurt and was nice as can be. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids and appreciate the kindness we were shown.

Was sat behind the bar 20 minutes later we were asked if we were helped... By that time we saw eye to eye with all wait staff and 2 managers but the bar woman was the one who asked and thank god or we would of never had service . the bar woman was awesome and very sorry for our lack of service but she was the star or the night.. Thank you for at least one person who cared to help us. Letter to company is on its way.

Service was SLOW. Waitress had an attitude and only came by for orders, drinks, and food and that was it. Needed extra fries and special ketchup--finally flagged down the manager. Food is good but the service is BAD and it has been for a while now. I went back hoping the new management/change would improve things but nope.

Xtremely slow service. Food burned. I watched my burger sit on the counter for 20 minutes after it was done before I got it. This place use to be a good spot to stop. But after 3 bad experiences in a row Im giving up. I recommend you go to a different location because this one has gone way downhill.

Sheila was an amazing waitress!! I also had a custom order that was delivered exactly how Id imagined. We looked online beforehand at the menu, which helped us to get our orders in quickly. It was fairly busy. Fast service, great food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff!!

Great food Slow kitchen service. Food is usually cold and takes a long time to get it. This happened a few times to us. They did send it all back just to have to wait much longer and some got to eat others had to wait. But we do love the food here!

About what you expect from a popular chain -- the food and service are good. Decent kids menu. Burgers are their speciality, and theyre good -- but so are the salads, which is more than you can say for some similar type restaurants. Gets noisy.

Below average experience...15-minutes before any wait staff acknowledged we were there well past prime dinner hour...ordered burger medium cooked and was beyond well done...fries were stone cold...very disappointing as we were starving.

Great service!!! Gourmet burgers and low prices. Bottomless fruit cups were a huge score for my hungry kiddos. Left feeling satisfied and full without my wallet being empty. The review that compared it with McDs quality is dead wrong.

Great food and immaculate service for all skin colors. I typically hate dining in Fayetteville because they treat my fiancé and I indifferent, Red Robin isnt one of those places. Great work ladies & gentlemen!!!

Nice food, certainly better than most fast casual places like Applebees or Chilis. The servers are always friendly and the beer milkshakes are a nice desert/drink in one. The Burgers are pretty tasty too.

Damn good place to grab a burger especially since chain restaurants usually suck, also has a decent selection of beer. Decor is unique which is a good thing. Wont cost you your first born to eat here.
