Chipotle is the same everywhere you go. You go down the line...say what youd like at each station...and then you pay & eat. But at this Chipotle, things are different. They give you very little at each station. They barely fill up the burrito bowls with rice before slapping on small amounts of corn, beans, etc. My friends constantly complain about how they never are given enough chicken (I am not a meat eater, but I do see how little they put on peoples bowls). Even worse - they charge extra for guacamole on the bowls yet almost every time it is NOT worth the extra dollars. Theyre stingy about the amounts they give and I almost always have to ask for more of something. They rush you down the line and rush you at the register. If you want Chipotle this one on Marshall Street will suffice, but dont expect to get any bang for your buck in the end.

I came in as I usually do and I was greeted with smiles all across the board and to my surprise as I was coming to pay the nice cashier Tammy told me that because I am a regular customer my meal was FREE!!!!!!!! I was in shock!!!!!! I had been doing school work from 1:30 to 9 pm and I was exhausted and starving...she was so nice and friendly. I am on y last 18 bucks for the week and this meant more to me than she could ever know...I will never forget this experience or Tammy....and the chicken quesadilla was delicious and I got fresh new guacomole made less than an hour before they would close. The manager, cook and preparers were amazing as well . Shoutout to the cook and Stewart!!! Thanks so much for this beautiful experience!!!!!!!! Promote Tammy to a manager position!!!

I am a frequent customer and have always been happy with my veggie bowl. Today I purchased 2 veggie bowls to go. When my friend and I got back to the office and dug in wow were we surprised! Very salty! I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and was told it was too busy to speak to him. I then told the person on the phone about the problem and he did apologize although I was hoping for a promise to replace the meals at the next visit. I guess I should have asked.

Chipotle is sooooooo good. The process in making your food is quick and the food itself is to die for. It is also a lot for your money and for fast food. The servings are well-sized and keep you full. It is not like Taco Bell where you have to buy a lot just to get somewhat full. This is quality food for fast and considerably cheap!

Too slow! They dont know how to manage two lines. I am waiting for my order and they are doing orders from online. For this wait I might as well sit somewhere nice to eat. Mind you, Chipotle isnt exactly cheap food. So you are better off going to an actual restaurant than waiting in a line for an hour.

Minuscule servings, attitude from the servers, and undercooked chicken that will leave you wondering "How is this worth $11.99?!". Students with cars: drive to the Erie location for a meal. Students without: pick a different Marshall street restaurant.
