My girlfriend and I were the only people in the place at the time. The waitress there seemed very annoyed and not so enthusiastic with us being there. It took 15 minutes for her to get our plates, then another 10 for our appetizers. So 25 mins waiting on appetizers. I am not exaggerating in this context. I got my fries, and the waitress said they had no more Motz sticks.... She says that AFTER we got the food?? Any who, the pizza as our main meal came ten minutes following the appetizers. That Im not complaining about. What I didnt like was the attitude and the length it took for our food. Careful when going in, youll never know what youll get.

I did not like it at all, customer service is very bad, I had spoker to a young guy and he got smart over the phone. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon, all i got was burnt crust and a little cheese. Then the kid started to be a smart ass, but i bet if i was there in person who would of not said a God Dam thing. When you run a business customers are always right because that is how you loose business. They definitely lost a lot of customers.

I received what I ordered and in a timely manner. Best part of the meal was the Pepsi and Cinnasticks, Pizza was definitely not worth the 20 dollars for a medium pizza! More like a 5 dollar or less Pizza from the frozen section. I will not be back.

Only gave them one star so I could write the review. They SUCK. Terrible customer service. They hung up on me THREE times because TONY was busy with another customer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!

Ive never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut in Shillington. We will be ordering more often. The delivery person was polite and friendly.
