I love Chick-fil-A in general and this location is no different. I am very pleased with the people that serve and take orders here- very friendly and efficient. I have driven through this location hundreds of times over the years and they have NEVER messed up one of my orders or even left a straw, etc. out of the bag. Nice play place for kids to play and always very clean. They redesigned the store not too long ago and added some different seating which is very nice. The drive through can get VERY long over lunch, and the only bad thing is it sometimes goes out onto Indian River...that being said- they are AMAZING at moving the line quickly!! It takes me less time here with a HUGE line than some of the other local fast food restaurants with a much smaller line. I love this restaurant!!!

For me, Chick Fil A is always a go to for a fast breakfast, lunch or dinner. As far as this specific location its pretty comparable to the others in the area. Clean inside (including the restrooms) nice staff and fast service. However you really have to pick your time when you visit this one. Indian River is a BUSY road certain times of day and this location can be PACKED.

Food was a little below par for the chain, but still good. The rating is mostly in regards to the ill-advised layout theyre trying out. Please reconsider how you are attempting to control the flow of people and where condiments and napkins are located. Also, forcing new customers to walk between and create lines through the dining area is unconfortable at best.

Dont go to this place the management customer service are unsatisfactory, I ordered through on line , when I get there I still have to wait for about 25 mins. I called them and never return my message, so I walked inside and apoke to the supervisor didnt even apologize to me for waiting. The supervisor got no clue how to handle an issues with customer.

Its the usual place. Wasnt impressed by the one supervisor yelling in the middle of the restaurant about the kids playing in the playground but we all have our days. They were running around being kiss in there. But she was upset about one kid going up the slide and what not. Food was normal. Service was fast as well.

I love chick fil la but this locations chicken especially there nuggets and strips a sub par at best. Ive been here multiple time and every time I get a really small chicken nuggets with practicall no breading. Whenever i want chick fil la I usually go to the battlefield location there chicken is always consistent.

This location always serves undercooked and untrimmed chicken (fried or grilled). The pieces of fat on them are disgusting and make me gag. I wonder if they changed chicken providers but I hate Chick-fil-A now. Also, the portions of chicken in their wraps are scant compared to other Chick-fil-As.

Im addicted to both the chicken nuggets and the breakfast chicken minis. This location is always crowded, but due to the double lanes at the drive-thru, the line moves quickly. The staff is very friendly and actually gives you the condiments you ask for.

Great service and delicious food. My only complaint is they keep adding too much milk to my iced coffee. It doesnt even taste like coffee. Other than that, the service is very good and employees are very friendly, even at the drive thru.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Clean restaurant. Good service. Good food. Healthy options. Best shakes (not healthy) around. Nice play place for the kids. Its not cheap for fast food, but its better than most fast food.

The line was all the way on the street in the turn lane, and I was out of there using the drive through in about 8 minutes. I was really impressed. They also always get the order right! And are always polite.

Even as busy as it is here today there was very little wait. The food is always excelent. They even check on you in the lobby and refill your drinks. Its much better than the average fast food place.

Chick-fil-A is always high on my list for quality and great service. This store is right on par. It can get pretty busy here at lunch time. But their 2 lane drive thru can handle the load.

Poor service i got a chicken sandwich with lettece and didnt get any and when i went up to the counter to get a refund they didnt give me one never will i eat there again
