My friend and I were there a few Sat. nights ago for dinner. Asked if we had reservations. I looked around and there were 2 tables taken. Why would we make reservations? After we were seated young gal with attitude came and filled our water glasses. No smile, hello, how are you this evening. Nothing. Next our waitress came and took our drink orders which got smaller since the last time we were there. We ordered scallops which also got smaller since the last time and the "browned butter" that comes with the scallops was black with no taste. This was our third time there and it gets worse every time. The very last experience of the meal was the waitress who gave us the bill. My friend lays down cash and tip and she takes it. A few minutes later she came back with the bill and the cash, places it back on the table and asked for more tip. She said she gets 18-20 % and my friend did not leave enough. After giving her more tip we left and never to return again. In all the years we have been eating out we NEVER experienced this. We will never be back!

Party of 10, reservations for 6. We never got our bill till 8:30. The service was terrible, since they already were charging us 18% they did not give us any service. Tables around us came in after us and were on dessert before we even got our food. 20 minutes for the main course to come after they cleaned up our salads. We needed tarter sauce, I had to yell across the room at the waitress, she never asked if we needed anything after the food was served, never asked if I wanted another drink, had to ask for more bread and it took 30 minutes to get our bill because they had to make 2 bills instead of one. Food was good, but service totally failed!!

We just ate there tonight. My wife had the filet and I had the crab saute. I was a nice comfortable, cozy restaurant. Our salads and entrees were very good. I really enjoyed the crab saute, potatoes, and vegetable. The one comment I have is they should let you know you get a salad, and basically 2 sides with an entree. I do not believe the menu says that. I am so used to restaurants nailing you lately for a salad, I was pleasantly surprised. The 2nd surprise was my wifes Long Island Ice Tea was only $7. Very happy and we will be back.

Our go-to relatively upscale bar and pub food in Shillington. Most nights sitting at the bar, the service is great, the food is good, the drinks are fine, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Sometimes, though, the service gets away from them, and one sits at tables at ones peril; on the two occasions Ive sat down with my family, Ive regretted it, with times approaching 45 minutes between visits from the wait-staff, with food or without.

Lunch was great and the service was really nice. The caesar salad was on point and the grilled chicken was fantastic. Prices are low too for the quality of food you get. Definitely coming back as a lunch spot.

201 West has a nice menu and a nice variety. Their Chicken Marsala and Homemade Pasta i had were tasty. My wife loves their crab cake. For the money its a nice treat and their consistent.
