i gave it 3 stars because it still panera and the food was still great. however, the service was horrendous, worst ever at panera. the young girl was either new or stoned, was standing around. took our order and seemed a little confused, all we ordered was a coffee, a chocolate pastry and a bagel. we stood to the side and waited for over 5 minutes and when i went up to the register to ask what the problem was, the girl was literally just standing there staring into space. when she walked over to get the bagel she just stood and stared at them for awhile like she didnt know which one to get. we finally got our bagel and pastry, but she still forgot the coffee. waited another 2-3 minutes and still no coffee...walked to the smoothie counter and it was just sitting there. she never brought it to us or let us know it was ready. this girl was young, short dark hair and was working on sunday nov 9 at around 1:30

I have always been a fan of Panera Bread, been dining there for years. Unfortunately, this location is probably the worst Ive ever experienced. It also happens to be the closest one to my house. I will be making the trip to the one at Red Mill Commons from now on as this one has officially lost my business. I wish I could post a photo of the food I just received in my pick up order. My Chicken Caesar salad I ordered had no chicken, cheese, or croutons, and even though I ordered extra dressing (because this location always skimps), I received about 2 oz. of dressing. $7.79 later and I have some romaine with enough dressing to cover a third of it. Just heed my warning and make the trip to another location.

The best customer service I have every experienced was from this Panera Bread location. I use the MyPanera App and placed an order for delivery. When it got here I noticed turkey was missing from my sandwich. I called in and the associate was able to locate my order by name, thanks to MyPanera App, and offered to re-deliver to me. Next thing I know she walked up herself and delivered it to my desk on the 2nd floor. Was an amazing experience and they even threw in a cookie! Thanks Panera!! - I will always be a loyal customer!

I wish I had read the reviews before trying this location. My daughter and I walked in and after the ENTIRE front counter of employees and supervisor scattered, we waited for someone to take our order, never happened. We started to walk out and only then did an employee half-heartedly offer to take our order, while her supervisor observed from the condiment counter. VERY DISAPPOINTING I would have said something to the manager on duty, but it doesnt appear as though iy would have mattered.

I told front desk girl I had never been to Panera before and she just looked at me. I ordered a flat bread sandwich....silence....i asked "Does it come with anything?" then she answered. The whole conversation was like that. She just seemed like she did not want to be at work. Thank goodness for another worker--Roy--who told me where to pick up my food and helped me because I was feeling like a total idiot.

I dont care for it but my wife loves it. Most of the menu items are over-embellished, kind of gross. The main reason Im writing this review is to talk about how a restaurant with with word "bread" in the title can so consistently be out of bread. Its embarrassing (for them) and sloppy, tighten up Panera. Also they forget to put croutons in my wifes soup order more than half of the time.

Horrible service. Staff cannot update a telephone number. Soup isnt up to temperature yet at 12:17pm and they refuse to try a microwave to heat one bowl. She was rude with a sneer on her face at our request. They give me a rotten apple. Do not eat here!

This review is from my first time to actually sit in and eat at a Panera. As always the food was good and filling. I like how the restaurant is setup. Its like a fast food place that has an upscale seating area. I enjoyed my visit here. Good job Panera!

Kylee, a cashier at this Panera had OUTSTANDING customer service skills, her manager could learn a thing a two from her. The manager at this location was the worst, thank goodness for the other staff here.
