I have no idea how this place has the review that it does. First when we sat down the waiter pours water for my wife and sees something in her water. Instead of getting her another glass he gives it back to her. My wife looks at it and sees something floating around in the glass. They gave her another glass right away but that was not good. My wife ordered a salad with dressing on the side. They came out with the salad with dressing. The waiter points it out and makes my wife say yes I want the salad with the dressing on the side before he takes it back even though he knew what she wanted. My meal came with a salad and it was totally soaked in dressing. The food overall was not good either. I ordered the Lobster raviolis and they were very salty. What was weird was that the place was very busy. I really dont get it but maybe we just had bad luck. I would be suspicious though before spending your money.

Ciao is a well-established neighborhood Italian restaurant that has been here for well over 20 years. The decor is a bit dated in style, but the large glass partition to the open pizza kitchen continues to be a popular feature for children, who enjoy seeing the pizza being made. This place is always good for a local meal, good portions and very reasonable prices - I can recall many a fun meal here with friends and family. Theres also a 40-50 person private room downstairs, for any occasions.

Horrible experience. Food was overpriced and bland. Waiter actually chased us outside waving our receipt in the air. When I went back he actually had the gall to ask why I didnt leave him fifteen percent. When I showed him that I did leave fifteen percent, he said that he calculates fifteen percent differently. what an attitude. I called the manager he had a smug attitude and gave a half hearted apology, basically defending his server.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE FOOD WAS SO OVERLY SALTED, I HAD THREE GLASSES OF WATER. THE PORTIONS ARE LARGE. SO I STARTED TO TAKE MINE HOME BUT ONCE IN THE CAR I DECIDED TO THROW THE REST AWAY, THATS HOW BAD IT WAS. THE RED SAUSE WAS NOT RED IT WAS PINK . WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CIAO AGAIN, WHICH IS A SHAME BEING I LIVE IN EASTCHESTER, THIS WAS MY THIRD TIME HERE AND IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE AS TIME GOES BY

Great spot for Italian dining in Eastchester. Pizza is a local favorite as well as their salad dressing (Chicken Azel is my favorite dish). They have done some recent renovations which look great. They have also added an outdoor patio level for outside dining. Quick service by all staff members.

Excellent. Starting with the valet who never stopped running, literally. Our waiter, Doogie [sp?] was attentive, friendly and courteous, and he even brought Mom a Gelato for her 95th birthday. Great night, great food.
