Honestly you need hire a new counter person with better customer service. I usually like coming here, but when I recently made an order over the phone for a buffalo chicken wrap I had asked her if she could make sure no tomatoes are put on. I explained to her how I am allergic to them. I also explained the last time I ordered I had requested no tomatoes and they were still put at the end of the wrap where I couldnt see them. Luckily my boyfriend took a bite and noticed immediately. He checked the receipt and it said "No Tomatoes" with order. We didnt call to complain or anything just figured it was an honest mistake, since it was caught in time. After explaining this to her the response was "Well I cant stand back there and watch them make it"..... I in returned said " Oh no I understand if you can just talk to whoever makes it, Id appreciate it" the response "ok I guess". Now considering shes an adult working in the food industry I could only assume she understands that if you have an allergy it can be anywhere from mild to severe, her lack of caring or concern definitely showed. I was honestly shocked. I normally dont rate places negatively but if you dont care that your mistake could send someone to the hospital its probably time to find a different job. I do like coming here and the food is good but you should upgrade staff that cares about your business. When my boyfriend picked up the wrap he noticed she seemed annoyed at him since she saw what order it was. Again this is strictly about customer service not food.

The best way for me to accurately describe this place is to say that its somewhere between Dominos and your favorite Italian pizzeria. The crust is between thick and thin and the sauce is pretty tasty. When I inquired about the buffalo wings were made, the chef was kind enough to show me how they were prepared: He brought out a bowl or raw wings, told me they would be deep-fried and coated with their house hot sauce (which he also showed me), I found this "above & beyond the call of duty" effort to be very extraordinary. And yes, the wings were very good. Side dishes are very good also. If youre in the BJs Shopping Center and seeking a slice of pizza (not necessarily on the gourmet level), this place is worth a try.

Hands down, best pizza in the area. Their garlic knots are second to none. Pizza is delicious. And those pizza rolls are AWESOME. Plus their wings are crispy and the sauce is great! This is definitely our familys pizza place. Also, the people are SO FRIENDLY here! Ive brought my two little boys here several times, and they are always so accommodating. I am not a picky mom, or demanding in the least, but they go out of their way to offer to cut up the pizza slices into little bits for my toddlers, which is so sweet. The guys at the counter are just fantastic. Very friendly and always offering things to make my life easier as a mom. Highly recommended!!

Used to be my go-to pizza spot but I just spent 26 bucks on a large pie. WHAT THE F.... Delivery charge keeps going up and is now at $2. What is wrong with you guys? I hope you know you wont be here much longer. My friends and family will not be ordering here anymore Also their online menu prices are wrong expect to pay more

These guys are great! When we were new to the area we called one night during a snow storm and they agreed to deliver a pizza to us. Given that we were too chicken to drive out ourselves, they got 5 stars from us!

New owner. Pizza selection is plentiful and great. 18 inch pies not like the 16 inch from the rest of the pizzeria around. The chefs make great food as well, taught by the owner. Recommend!
