Although we were seated promptly, our waitress service was extremely poor. It took a number of requests for salt then ketchup and finally a soft drink refill. It was at least 15 minutes between requesting items from waitress and finally receiving them. We even reminded her each time she came to see how we were doing. Needless to say, it was reflected in her tip. Food was okay, not great. Soup was barely warm, certainly not hot. Best part of meal was the french fries that came with my sandwich (once we finally got ketchup ). We visit this restaurant location about 5 or 6 times a year. This was by far the worst experience weve had here. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because we do not ordinarily have this bad of an experience.

Well tried to give TGIF Fridays the benefit of the doubt and go back mind you after our last experience we had we got a free gift certificate.... its about a hour from us so its not close at all... get there find what we want to drink and eat.... we sat and waited for 20 mins and didnt even get a drink nor did a waiter or waitress come over and say a damn word to us they looked at us though and walked by at least 5 of them did..... 20 mins and nothing at all so we got up and left and gave the certificate to someone else and explained y we did it and what happened to get it and they were ready to walk out as well TGIF Friday sucks ass I wish I could do a no star rating cuz u dont even need a star it is that bad

Went there w a $50 gift card. They ran the gift card before bringing the bill. We were overcharged for drinks but since the gift card already went through, they could not retract payment. So the manager gave us $20 in gift cards to put towards the order. When we tried to pay the remaining balance, they took $20 off original check price and charged my card $70. They charged my card the wrong price 3 times before they got it right. I checked my bank statement the next day, I was charged $59 (which wasnt even the price of any of the previous wrong charges). Called corporate multiple times w no return call. My bill shouldve been $19 after my gift cards but was charged $59. They literally stole my money.

As friendly as our waiter was (whenever she was around), my overall dining experience wasnt pleasant. Took over 20 minutes to be seated (place was half empty). Once seated took another 10 to have someone come over to our table. Once our orders we taken we received something completely different from what was ordered. Finally, upon requesting the check ... we had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for that, also. Place has potential as it is aesthetically pleasing but they fall WAY sort when it comes to their service ... and the males bathroom ... YUCK!

Waitress was horrible, name is Joe he took forever to bring us our endless apps and once we received it they were cold, he messed up on our drinks, refused to give us garnish in drinks then told us "we arent paying for garnish anyways" told manager on him she remade our drinks and it tasted much better. Left after 2nd appetizer because he reined the entire experience. Manager cut our bill in half we didnt even ask her, she already knew thats how bad he was. Wont be returning here unfortunately!

Sat at the bar because nobody was at the front to seat us, I ordered french onion soup and I had to ask where it was after 20 min of waiting and it was warm with hardly any cheese on it but it taste good just wish i had more cheese and it was hot. I ordered sliders and endless apps and they never took my plates away when I was done so I looked like I had a ton of stuff. I will stick to the TGIF on walden because I also saw the staff Dancing in the kitchen while I was waiting for my order

25 min wait and 10 mins to get drinks after that our table of 9 placed our order right away and after we were seated there was no more people waiting at the door. We decided to go later for dinner because of a friends 21st birthday. After we finally got our drinks it was another 35 mins for appetizers to come out and over an hour for entrées. The place doest seem that busy so they must be extremely understaffed or something. Idk whats going on but I wont be back

Service was extremely slow. Food was slow coming out, we did the unlimited apps, our waiter waited to place an order for the next dish only after we finished the one we had. Resulting in waiting 15-20 minutes in between dishes. Other items we ordered off the menu were not available, we were only notified of this more than 30 Mins after ordering. The manager and staff are very nice and polite and were apogetic.

Went for lunch yesterday and had to wait 15min for a seat because of short staffing. Then it took half hour for our drinks. Received our food in good time. Our bill came to $56 and it wasnt worth it. Then today I check my account information and I was charged $68. Will never return. P.S. I still have the receipt from the restaurant thinking about going to get my money back.

Went after show at Sheas. One would have thought they would be prepared to open. No. 5 of us for dinner. 4 served, one with wrong dinner and one was never brought out.Had to wait 10 minutes for last plate. Forgot to put appetizer in and it was served after we were almost done with dinner. Recommend find another local restaurant, not chain. Disappointed

Dont ever try to eat here if you want to be treated like a human being . Waited 10 mins to be seated the entire restaurant was empty . I had seen plenty of servers pass me and didnt say a word . Guess they had better things to do . So I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere . This location needs new management desperately.

The server I had didnt know the menu that well. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. I asked for the manager to complain about why the food taking so long to come out and the manager was rude. The mac and cheese was nasty. The food overall was ok. I wouldnt recommend going here. This is the worst TGI fridays I been to.

Normally I have a Fantastic experience at this location. Today the wait was long.......they should have anticipated the number of people who are attending the play today. The host kept telling everyone 10 minutes to wait. Turned into 45 minutes. Had to get appetizers instead of a meal cuz not were pressed for time.

Waited 5 mins to be seated. Place was not busy. Sat down another 20 mins and still no server after people who sat down after us were getting waited on. We left. Went down the street to Bijou Grille and was seated and order placed within 7 mins. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN TRY GOING TO TGIF DOWNTOWN!!!

If you want to play musical chairs with your food, and guess what is supposed to be which item, go for the gamble. Just make sure to load up on the cheap booze beforehand; which will take 1/2 hour or so to get each drink.....very sad... We were also the ONLY table in the whole place with food.
