I feel this place is a little too pricey. I took my son to lunch we both got a burger 1 med and 1 small fries and 2 regular drinks and it came to $23.54. $12. Dollars each for lunch is a bit extravagant. The food was cooked fresh...the staff was a bit unfriendly and did not explain my options of what I could or could not have on my burger selection....and they shorted me a french fry when my order was complete. When I brought the order back to the counter, the worker said "are you sure you ordered 2 fries?" So my review may be a little harder than you may give this restaurant. I do not mind paying a bit more for quality and taste.......but I refuse to excuse poor customer service. .

Im sad to say, this location is awful. I was told no, that I couldnt order fries well done, that its not corporate standard. Then I was told that extra cheese is an upcharge (its not), and then the manager was very hateful when I asked for the side sauces (which I ordered). Im sorry if youre having a bad day guys, but dont be hateful to your customers. Definitely wont be going back to this Five Guys. Go to Monroeville instead!

My wife and I ordered each a bacon cheeseburger and large fries. When we received our food our big bag was half full of fries (had to be equal to 5 or 6 large fries) burgers were done to perfection and there was way more fries than we could eat. Service was superb and the staff was vary friendly! Wonderful experience!!!

5 guys = 5 stars! The best burgers in town can be found at this place. The selection of toppings on the burger or for the bun are second to none. Most if my visits are quick and the employees are friendly. I definitely love coming here!

We are celiac and they were amazing and I let them know that was the best burger I have had in a very long time it was juicy and the fries were perfect .... cant post a picture we ate it too fast lol

Its pretty pricey when you think about it, but it all tastes good. Its an MTO burger, so try work out what you want ahead of time. Bacon is really crispy.
