THE WAiTRESS JOANN WAS VERY RUDE. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED iN THE SERViCE WAS POOR.. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS iN THE STORE NO ONE GREETED US. THEN SHE DiDNT TAKE OUR ORDER UNTiL SHE WAS READY, SHE STOOD DiRECTLY in FRONT OF US AND WASHED DiSHES. SHE CAME TO US W/ A NAPKiN AND A PEN AND TOOK OUR ORDER. AS OUR ORDER WAS BEiNG PREPARED, SHE THREW OUR FOOD ONTO THE PLATES AND THEN iNTO THE BAG. SHE THREW OUR FOOD ON THE COUNTER SO HARD THAT iT FELL OUT THE BAG BEHiND THE COUNTER. WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT THE TREATMENT WE WERE RECiEViNG THE MANGER TOOK UP FOR HER EMPLOYEE. SHE WAS iN THE OFFiCE THE ENTiRE TiME. iFELT AS iF WE WERE DESCRiMiNATED AGAiNST. iACTUALLY LOOKED FOR A "NO BLACKS ALLOWED" SiGN. iHAVE NEVER RECiEVED SUCH POOR SERViCE.....iWiLL NEVER AND iMEAN NEVER EAT THERE AGAiN!

I love Waffle House, but I did something yesterday that I had never done before... My family walked out of the restaurant after being seated. The music was ridiculously loud, particularly for 6:30 in the morning. It sounded like a nightclub, and we couldnt hear each other even talk. When we asked if they could turn it down, we were informed that they couldnt because it was controlled from their locked office. We left. This was my second visit to this Waffle House within the last two months. The last experience was equally as bad, because our friends who had to sit at other booths had finished their meals (different wait staff) before we had even gotten our meals. Advice to other travelers...There is a great Applewood Pancake House a few miles down in Pawleys.

Food was good. Server got an attitude and accused me of hitting her car door and leaving paint on it when I sat down. I work food service so I was very taken aback that someone would publicly catch an attitude with a customer the way she did. She stood there glaring at me as I got back in my car after finishing my meal. I looked at her vehicle to see if I did any damage. Nope. Just a ton of pollen and bird poop on her door. Thank God I dont frequent WH or Pawleys Island.

Bad experience today. Came to get our drinks and told them we were ready to order, then she told us she was not our waitress but she would get our drinks. The 544 WH ladies just take the orders then give it to the appropriate server....customer service! Then when the waitress took our order she stood at the call line and waited for 15 minutes b4 putting order in and then got it wrong. We were first in and last out. We go to WH for fast service.

I have never been to a Waffle house this Flithy ! the floors were filthy! I had to asked for a new fork because there was food still on the fork the waitress looked at it like i was lying. another waitress in the store used the restroom came out seconds after the toliet flushed, SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS!!! I work in fast food and this place was flithy! I watched the cook catch bacon with her elbow! This waffle House ruined all waffle house for me!!

Terrible service. Ourfood came out wrong. Had to ask our waitress for our drinks as she was texting on her phone . She over charged us. Had to ask for syrup for our waffles. Had to ask for the ham and sausage we had ordered only to have the waitress tell us it was in the hash browns. Waitress had a very rude dont care attitude when I questioned the bill. We will never stop there again. I will write corporate

46 minutes until our food came out. Extremely dirty tables and ants crawling out of the napkin holders. Ive been to countless Waffle Houses and this by far superceeds the worse experience Ive had. Our family doesnt recommend this place at this location at all. Anyways..off to the beach!

The food was great but a few employees did not follow the one rule that all Waffle Houses have NO PROFANITY its really not a hard rule to follow. Also a few employees made it noticeable that didnt want to be there, so overall good food, okay service.

Its was horrible I called up there 8 times no awnser then when I got there and waited to get my order placed it was 6 minutes. Until finally someone showed and and i told them how i felt and she laughed.. HORRIBLE
