This Starbucks is either really good or really sucks. Depends on the staff working. If its the young kids working you are fine if its the old lady then its going to be a bad day. I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time and never have I had such a terrible experience. I ordered a hot tea and this girl working filled it all the way to the top and when she closed it, she burned my daughters hand. Another time when I went was at like 7 in the morning the staff was getting their food supply and the girl shoved my daughter into a display case. And they didnt apologize or nothing to her. They also fail to keep up on their starbucks app by putting what drinks are on there and what drinks arent there. This is not a family friendly environment I would never recommend this Starbucks for a family that has little kids. Their staff is unfriendly and they give an attitude towards everyone and on top of that they mess up the orders, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! If you want a messed up order, this is the place to go.

This is a super clean Starbucks! Spotless! I also like the Baristas that work here - not too uptight and just relaxed enough to carry on a conversation. My pretty not to complex caramel macchiato was pretty kick ass, tasted like it was crafted by the Starbucks mermaid lady thing herself! Considering Im in this area pretty frequently lately, Ill be coming here a lot more. Love this environment.

I love being greeted every morning by the staff. However, I had to change my "usual drink" from an iced coffee to an iced latte because the iced coffee was always warm. I started asking for extra ice but my coffee was always inconsistent depending on who made it. The iced latte is always delicious though. Stinks that I had to go from a $3 usual to a $5 usual..

This location is nice and open, with a decent amount of seating. The staff is always friendly, but can be slow at times. Parking can be an issue during the daytime since theres only street parking available. Its surrounded by a lot of shopping options, so if its warm enough, its a great place to stroll around.

Im shocked at some of the BS I just read. Maybe the negative folks should try working in the food industry. All I can say is, Ive been coming here for years, the Staff is always friendly & caring. Very personable. Like Family. & the place is spotless!!

Weve been going to this SB for 10 years or so. The staff have always been lovely. It can get busy on weekends, esp. in the mornings, but thats life. This place is a bright spot in the area. Updated 9/2016: still coming here, still wonderful
