This place is absurdly unprofessional all the way from the cashiers working the phone all the way up to the owner. Ive had plastic in my food and then owner denied that it was possible, making me provide visual proof before she would issue a refund. Ive had multiple orders cancelled for no reason when trying to use Grubhub with this restaurant. The icing on the cake is that my fiancé tried to order delivery recently and the owner refused to serve her due to us leaving a negative yelp review due to their poor service. Its a shame because the food is really quite good, but the employees and owner are rude, unprofessional, and childish.

I found this place as I was riding my bike around surveying the damage from Hurricane Sandy, They didnt have power but I suppose you dont need it if you cook your pizza in a brick oven. I had a sausage and ricotta pizza which was wonderful, my wife had a Bacon and Spinach salad which was also amazing. You can bring your own wine and theres no corkage fee. Cant beat it! Wait staff is very friendly !!

If youre gonna rip me off be a little bit more discreet. I asked for "a side of sauce" and you give me two tiny tiny cups and charge me for both! Charging for a tiny side of sauce is a joke but deciding how much to give me and charging me for each one, come on. Also they never have anything already made youll have to wait 40min for anything.

Thought the food was pretty good until I ordered delivery. Waited 60 min for wrong food which was cold and when I called to ask them for refund for the items they forgot their best solution was for me to wait an additional hour take back wrong order and bring correct order... King Umbertos was always best , my mistake!!

Just got accused of rolling my eyes, when I didnt, by the cashier. The pizza is yummy, but the service in this place sucks. Last time I went we had to leave because had a show to catch and the food took so long we couldnt eat, even though we were staving. Thats it, done with this place.

My husband went to pick up the food when they said to and the food was ice cold. I had a pasta dish that absolutely discussing I would never go back dont waste your money people. terrible customer service when we called them back..Im so hungry smh...
