LOVE THIS PLACE! Please come here and give this family owned business a chance to wow you! They have a small nice parking lot so you do not have to worry about parking. The owner Jeff is so nice and the staff was nice! My chocolate mint tea was incredible and so were the burgers. The decor was so artsy and beautiful. This place is legit a hidden gem in franklin square and I highly recommend it. Absolutely no complaints and I was thrilled with the place with its creativity. They also host events and you can rent the space for events as well. Best cafe in the area!

My family and I have been here multiple times, and every time weve gone, the friendly owner has come over to our table multiple times to say hello, chat, and check on our meals. The food is excellent and plentiful for the reasonable price (I recommend the wraps, but everything is good), and the decor is inviting and filled with art and things youd expect to find in a well-decorated American living room. There are often special events in the evenings, from local artist art auctions to paint nights. Couldnt recommend it more.

Found this place on Yelp and am so glad I did. I ordered a French Scramble (their most common breakfast order, apparently), and can confirm that its a worthy choice! Nothing was overseasoned (which is typically my preference), but everything was paired together so well. The barista was super friendly and knowledgeable regarding their menu options. Im sure Ill be back to try a few of the other things she mentioned while Im in town. Its a comfortable/cozy working environment and the prices are great.

A wonderful place to relax, have some coffee, and maybe a meal. Stopped in for a coffee and a small bite. The owner (Jeff) was very hospitable. The coffee was well prepared, and the dessert item was delicious. Pricing was very fair. The interior of the space is very inviting...bright, high ceilings, nicely decorated. I would definitely return.

Nice, artsy warm welcoming cafe/art gallery in a converted house. Great atmosphere, good food and desserts, wide variety of coffee and tea, live entertainment, awesome rest room, friendly owner. Relax/hang out with friends/display your artwork for free in their gallery. Highly recommended.

Love the Starving Artist Café! The food is great, nice warm atmosphere, and wonderful staff. You can tell they are family owned and operated as they take pride in all aspects of the business. They did a great job with my daughters graduation party.

There is a lot going on visually with his place. The food is fantastic, best chicken and waffles Ive had in a long time. Very large coffee/tea selection. I cant say anything bad about this place. I will be a repeat customer.

The pesto was delicious. We had the chocolate lava cake for dessert. It was very good. The staff was friendly and kind. Loved the use of couches and space to create small, almost private dining areas.

Very nice atmosphere. But coffee based on just one expresso shot. Watery. They can fix it for the extra charge.
