My introductory to Sea Cliff Bagel Cafe came at my office in Stamford, CT. It was, bar none, the best breakfast with the bagels being most impressive. My staff of almost 100 raved for days. When I was asked to chair an all day catering event for 200 people at Iona Prep in New Rochelle, NY, I immediately knew what the breakfast would be and where it was coming from. It was the perfect decision. This family owned and operated Cafe employs an amazing staff who are courteous, helpful, flexible and customer-oriented. The quantity for the cost was abundant and generous, the quality of the product was superior, the presentation highly impressive. Sea Cliff Bagel Cafe went above and beyond in making my event a huge success. What I didnt know was that Sea Cliff is so much more than just a bagel emporium, they are a full scale catering service. I highly recommend Sea Cliff Bagel not only for catering purposes but as a wonderful little bagel oasis where you can relax in the warm country ambiance, read a paper, enjoy a cup of coffee and feast on a wonderful meal be it breakfast or lunch. So unhappy this morning! First, when did a bacon, egg and cheese and a coffee become more expensive than a fast food lunch menu $10+, really?! Second, which I guess should be first was the huge disgusting chunk of plastic rapper melted into my sandwich?!?! REALLY!!! It wasnt busy, Ive made sandwiches at busy deli years ago and never ever once did i cook a sizable piece of PLASTIC into a sandwich?! It wasnt even busy, what the hell were you doing that you couldnt see that on/in there?!?! I threw out the sandwich and didnt even go back in I was so angry, just went home nausea and brushed my teeth! Way to start the day!! Thanks! Like I said, Ive made sandwiches before, you really have to be incompetent or so distracted to let a wad of plastic that big make it to the customers mouth, theres too many steps to catch it, how could this have happened without such extreme carelessness.... But then again with the unfriendliness of that place I shouldnt be surprised! Never Again!

Its ridiculous that this bagel cafe charges whatever they feel like. They tried to charge me 15 dollars for a sausage bacon egg and cheese and an orange juice.. I understand the sausage is extra but even then it should only 7 dollars TOPS for that sandwich. There is no reason why sausage should be 5 extra dollars. Also, the cook is very outwardly rude. When asked if he remembered to put everything on my sandwich he gave me an attitude and said "I put whatever you asked me to put" and then it turns out he actually didnt put everything on AND gave me the wrong type of bagel. There is no way I will pay 15 dollars for a sandwich that isnt even made correctly. Disappointed because I had high hopes for this cafe.

Keep your eyes peeled because this storefront is easy to pass if you are headed north on Glen Cove Ave. Been there twice since moving to the neighborhood a few months back. They have a decent selection with seating inside and outside. The layout is a little strange though with customers having to walk around all the seating to get in line. Doing so makes you feel like you are on top of everyone while they are seated.

My husband and kids walked in as we were searching for a sandwich place, for a little picnic at the park. We walked in and were greeted with a smile and the owner I believe was extremely helpful. We had an amazing Buffalo chicken sandwich and some kind of chicken spinach salad. I thought it was such a cute little spot, and we plan on stopping by again!

Great bagels and a decent selection of breakfast options. Everybody ihave dealt with here has been friendly and helpful. Cant really ask for more out of your local bagel shop.

Fresh bagels. Pumpkin bagels in the fall! I dont like the bacon they use, but everything else is incredible. Cheap breakfast combos.
