Ive been to this tropical smoothie 2 times and each time was terrible. The food is good, but being on my lunch break i waited 30 minutes and didnt even get a "ill be with you in one minute" , they didnt acknowledge my existence, and i ended up walking out. I tried it again another time, except i ordered online this time, and just to PICK UP my order it still took about 15 minutes. Theyre so unprofessional. For a small location in the first place, they should really work on their customer service qualifications. Food is good though. ( syosset location )

Be careful when you try to redeem a voucher or coupon there! The manager, Erin, would take it from you without letting you redeem it if the coupon or voucher is a good deal. She would hide in the office and let the staff take the coupon to show the manager in the office, then just not return it. I was waiting for ten minutes before she tells the staff that she does not plan to return that coupon(hiding in the office the whole time)

The service is absolutely horrible. Ive waited up to 45 mins for a smoothie. They never listen to your requests on the items you ordered. Its always at least 20 mins to get anything from them. Worst tropical smoothie Ive been to.
