We had a great meal at Chicken Run and decided to ask about having a wedding rehearsal dinner there. They could not have been more accommodating! We chose the room that suited us best, we were able to select the menu we liked (in addition to allowing for some gluten-free guests!) and they even printed special menus with the names of the bride and groom on them. Our guests loved the food, the bar service was wonderful, and I could not have been happier with our experience there. Thanks to Cathy (the hostess) and the wonderful folks at Chicken Run!

The food here is quite tasty, and especially suited for those who like comfort food! Had a dry rub roasted chicken and a chicken pot pie today. It was fantastic. Meals are served with corn bread, and many come with two sides. The Mac and cheese is simply delicious. The portions are fair, and the staff is very nice. There is ice cream and popcorn and a well suited kids menu. There is also a bar and a small market open sometimes! I would recommend it, as it is certainly a nice and comfy sit down restaurant.

Never will I be back, the food was nasty, the service so-so. Ordered chicken strips and 3 orders of wings. The chicken strip lunch was delivered with 4 chicken strips, nothing else, and the 3 orders of wings tasted as if they are using bagged frozen hot wings like you get at the store, the kind that tastes awful and has a rubbery texture. Very disappointed, left hungry.

Always a lot of fun at the Chicken Run. Friday and Saturday nights they have great live music. The food is consistently good, the bar is fabulous and now that Summers here the Seafood Shack is opened outside... Yum !!! I always love sitting around the fire pit with friends or just meeting new people.... Its just generally a great place to go in Windham.

Great place, very well run, and if you have kids theres plenty of space for them to run around. Not as impressed with the food though. I had the haddock which tasted like store bought battered fish and I wouldnt order it again. Fries were good but Mac n cheese didnt taste fresh. The food was not terrible but didnt match up to the price charged.

Great atmosphere. Live music. Went on Saturday night... Large crowd so call in advance to reserve a seat so you dont get stuck waiting! Staff is very quick and friendly. There are games in the back for families to play. Highly recommend for a lively night out!

First i would like to say the food was amazing!!! Staff was wonderful! The entetrainment for kids wad whole day outing itself!! Kids loved the sand box, volleyball amd nearby creek! Firepit was amazing with a drink or 2 !

Had a great outdoor meal with my aunt! Very nice place to eat and have a drink. Beautiful bar and the band was great! Sat out by the fire and enjoyed our night out together! Went inside and danced to the band. Lots of fun!

Good fried chicken.... sides where also good... Just watch out for soda refills... charge you for everyone... $44.00 for food $10.00 for 4 rootbeers with lots if ice.... that almost paid for their bag in the box... lol

Very good food and vibes. Live band, activities for kids outdoors (corn hole, horseshoes, sandbox) and decent prices. Service could be a bit better, after food was delivered never saw server again.

We love the chicken run. The service is good - the backyard w firepit, teepee, creek etc are great for kids. The fried chicken is delish and free popcorn on the table. Great family friendly stop!
