TERRIBLE! My friend and I went through the drive-thru at roughly 9:40. Not only was the woman taking our order rude, but when she took my money she had an attitude because I accidently gave her the wrong amount. Then we pulled up and had to wait for our food to be brought out to us, 10 minutes later we got sick of waiting and went in. Asked where our food was and while it was sitting on the counter the entire time, had to continue waiting another 5. I try not to write bad reviews, but after waiting that long and having my friends food come out cold, its rediculous. Terrible customer service .

Isnt even worth a star !!! Ordered both long johns and KFC....both meals were greasy and fish was burnt.....18 dollar meals only thing we ate where the hush puppies fries and the cole slaw !!!! Also change your fryer oil couldnt tell you were eating kfc chicken !!!! WONT EVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN !!!!

Batavia KFC is the worst. The. Worst. They get the order wrong. The chicken is undercooked. And yet dripping in grease. The biscuits are rock hard. Im tired of calling to complain. Im done. Pick anywhere else to eat. Go to TOPS and get your chicken there. Cheaper and better.

Horrible. Drive thru line was super long. Worker taking orders didnt know if they had items that were advertised on the menu. Got to the window and paid....after 45 minutes and they then told me they were out of some of my items. NEVER AGAIN

Food made us sick. Was very salty and greasy. KFC has lost its touch. Will never eat at another one again. We also ate in one in Texas and another in Fl. All of them made us sick. The one in Azle, Texas we got Food poisoning....

KFC is where you gain weight the fastest. KFC is about "filling up" not being nutritious at all. Try to get grilled chicken at KFC and youll be upset at the wait.

Staff were friendly. Its KFC and long John silver do you can have both. Its usually cool in the building and a bit dark. Clean surroundings
