Well the pizza sub was ok tasting, at least half of it anyway. Because of how it was packed into a to-go container rather than rolled up in paper as every other place does, half of my sub had no cheese on it since the cheese ended up melted onto the top of the roll of the other half. (Both halves were placed into the box open, allowing the top of one to rest on the bottom of the other, basically ruining it. I had to scrape the cheese off the top in order to pick it up to eat, and it was not salvagable be able to put back on the other half where it should have been. All in all Im pretty upset about it but I cant go back, because one of their employees who I used to know, made threats to me about my adult son over a dispute they had years ago over a girl. Mind you, I had no idea about the dispute until now, I just recognized a kid that used to spend a lot of time in my home as a teen. Definitely not the time or place to threaten beating my sons face in and cutting off his genitals. Professionalism at its finest!

Their pizza was excellent at some point lately its been terrible. I like to order on Mondays and Wednesday when they have their specials their pizza has been burn to saucy very sloppy not much cheese on it like it use to have. Delivery takes to long I waited over two hours for my pizza and it was burnt the girl was so rude and hung up on me. I went there recently the cashier a thick girl with dark red hair more like a wine color terrible attitude and costumer service her face the whole time like she cant stand being there I dont know how management doesnt see that. If you hate your job that much please do everyone a favor and quit. Definitely needs costume service skills. I use to love eating there thought they had the best pizza not anymore taking my business elsewhere and where its appreciated!

I know it was a busy night but to have your order screwed up twice...and the food quality poor ( if garlic bread is free i wont complain but if im paying for it dont dont dont give me stale flat sub rolls disguised as garlic bread.. its imbarrassing for you and very annoying for me) was too much. The replacement food tasted and smelled like burnt plastic ( unfortunately not an exaggeration it was very disconcerting it was not eatable) Ive eaten at casa many times doubt if im going to give them another go...there are too many excellent restaurants in buffalo to deal with this.

Went with a big group, service was understandably slow. Half our party received and ate their food and received their bill and we half of us had not received their food. In the over an hour since we ordered our waitress never came to see if we wanted drinks, we went to the bar and served ourselves. When we called the manager to attention he offered 20% off our bill. What bill? Half of us still had no food. We chose to leave and find somewhere that could serve us in under an hour.

Mediocre food at best and horrible service. Dont plan on being able to place any orders an HOUR prior to closing. No slices even available and not taking orders. Is it Superbowl Sunday or something? Learn how to run your business and take care of your customers. While I was there waiting to attempt to place an order the gentleman was on the phone with an angry customer about a missed delivery and were of little help her. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Forgot my order. Had to go in and ask at the desk 6+ times if it was ready because the lazy girl at the desk couldnt go out with our order. They asked how I wanted my beef and I said medium. Got a charred piece of dead cow. Almost un-eatable. Found some pill at the bathroom. Donno what it was. Threw it in the toilet. Get new cashier please.

Casual dining thats perfect for famil, friends or business. Excellent pizza and wings, but my favorite has to be the philly chicken sub. They always have a great beer selection, especially if youre into craft beers. The outdoor patio is great for enjoying the Buffalo summers. Checkout their trivia or different theme nights too.

Sad to say this use to be our favorite place for wings. The last 3 orders placed were awful...under cooked wings not cool. Management gave us credit each time however I would prefer to just have my wings cooked mild extra crispy like I like them.....rather than be disappointed again I wont be ordering from you guys anymore

A little fun back and forth at the counter and a damn good za. Ill be back. Longer review: Fluffly crust, The right amount of sauce and its tasty sweet meets good spice, Well diced and distributed toppings, They actually understood what "Well done" meant. Great pizza spot.

I think this would be a great place for pizza and wings. We ordered other items and found them to be mediocre. I would also recommend this for having drinks as the bar is nice enough. The staff were great and our food was not timed well.

Good food, price isnt too bad. Been away for a while, I just came back and went in and got a calzone... While it was good, it was half the size of what I remember (I remember it being the size of the plate, now its half that lol)

Great place for pizza or pasta dishes. You can sit outside on the patio and watch the city scene pass by. Friendly staff. Sometimes hard to find parking around restaurant but park on main st or parking garage not far away.

Good food, great vibe and the service was amazing!, the live music on Mondays is good as well, definitely a great place to start a night out with friends or bring the family for a bite to eat.

I prefer the old location. But the quality of food hasnt changed. Reasonable prices and large portions. Good for quick lunch in the pickup area or a dinner in the dining room.
