Ginos has amazing food, however customer service is not the best. Everyone in our party received their food except for my husband. We asked about his food several times and the response was that they were busy. Frankly, I think that they just forgot to even make his food. Even after we were done eating, he still had not received his food. There was never a apology and it seemed like we were bothering them every time that we went up and asked for his food. Also, another gentleman in front of me was treated very rudely when he asked how much longer it was going to be on his food. I was absolutely floored when I heard how he was spoken to. It was rude and absolutely uncalled for. Finally, we just asked for our money back for my husbands stromboli so that he could go somewhere else to get his dinner. Food is great, but customer service is not. I have worked in multiple restaurants in a beach town and I completely understand that it can be busy, but I would have never treated my customers the way that we were treated. Ginos absolutely has amazing food, but I will not go back because of how we were treated and how this matter was handled. If you dont mind not being treated like an important customer and you are just looking for great food then I absolutely recommend them.

Placed my order over the phone bc the place is always busy. I get there and 2 people in front of me I wait 10 mins no big deal. New girl on the register, when I get to the counter and wait on being greeted the manager Chris tells the girl "take the phone orders first then help the counter. So I wait and watch the clock. 15 mins later the man in the back room tells one of the dough boys help them and nods his head our way. I then express my thoughts about the 15 mins to the young guy I even say is there any form of discount for the wait and customer service ? He says you need to speak to the manager , he points to Chris , I said no thank you. The manager Chris wasnt even giving not only me or anyone else in line a Hi or Hello Welcome nothing. I will not be going back to this pizza place. The pizza wasnt even that good this time. My family comes in every Sunday been doing this for weeks. We are going to find a new one.

This place is as good as it gets. In the two weeks that I spent down in Myrtle for business I searched out for the best pizza place around, craving real east coast pizza after being away in Missouri for years. I tried many of the places along the main drag and was, for the most part, unimpressed and underwhelmed. This was the first and only place that I ate at that had me coming back not one time but twice in the same week! I am so happy with this place - you couldnt do better. The folks behind the counter are all stellar and great to interact with, especially Chris. Do yourself a favor and get the largest pizza with the most flavor at the best price (I paid more for 14 inch pizza than I paid for Genos 20 inch pizza). These guys are absolutely a cut above the rest. Absolutely a 5 star experience time and time again.

Having just moved from a geographical region where the best pizza was a local take and bake, finding Ginos so soon after moving here was a blessing. Most of the ingredients are quite tasty, the sole exception is there inexplicable use of canned mushrooms instead of readily-sourceable fresh mushrooms. Stay away from the shrooms, and youll do very well. Toppings are generous without going overboard, the red sauce is zesty, and even the foundation crust is flavorful. I feel that one of the measures of a good pizza is how it tastes as leftovers. Ginos does not disappoint on this level as well. Go ahead and order the 20" behemoth and revel in the glory of good next day (and the next day..) pizza. You wont be disappointed.

I moved in the Forestbrook area exactly 4 years ago. For the first two years, I always ordered from Ginos. I was a regular customer and there was NEVER a minimum amount for delivery. However, that changed when they opened the new Ginos in Carolina Forest and someone else took over this one in Forestbrook and had the most STUPID idea to make an $18.00 delivery minimum. Hey Ginos, do you know how much money you have lost from me in the last two years? Why dont you ask Serafinos, because thats who youre losing all your business too AND Serafinos doesnt charge a delivery charge. Im just wondering what buffoon would change policy for the worst and not the better? IDIOTS.

Walked into a busy pizza place, its gotta be good...right? Read the reviews and thought Id give it a try. Ordered a large 20" Xtra cheese/pepperoni pizza and hot wings. First: $18 for a pizza, yikes! Taste like Papa Jenos up North. Good but not $18 worth of good. (Did I mention I didnt even get pepperoni? Figured this out when I got home). They do it old school here. One pizza oven and the cooks check and move the pies around for proper cooking. This I liked. The wings were about $1 each. Several sauce choices available. Not bad, I prefer a bit more meat to my wing. Seems like baby chicks maybe. I think the only thing keeping me away will be the price.

I am a true pizza snob as we usually only like to make our pizza at home. But pizza is one of those late night guilty pleasures right? It took us a long time to find a place that fit our taste but the pizza at Ginos rocks. It is big, they use the best ingredients and we love it! It is a shame to hear about the customer service, and while I havent had any bad experiences, I cant say I am shocked. Also, the prices are pretty high. $21 for a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza is a bit much. Then again, the pizza is massive. So you win some you lose some. Either way, they make an incredible pizza pie!

Love the pies! They dont use fresh mushrooms and unless you want a watery pie ask for LITE sauce and have them cook it well done! Do this for Stromboli & Calzones as well or they will be soggy (blah!); they can put your sauce on the side. Also be aware that any extra toppings that go inside of your calzone, ask that they cook them first or your pepperoni, ect. will only be hot via cheese. I like getting food from here but have a customized order when I call, after all with the prices you are paying for the product it should be exactly how you like it :)

We loved going to the one in Carolina Forest until the rude nasty manager we had to deal with. We placed an order and it was wrong, we drove back, it was wrong again, drove back again...mind you this is 20 minutes each way. He then acted like he didnt want to give the food and we paid for the whole order. It is a shame that we have heard from other people what a jerk he is.....here being nice. We have never gone back. Too bad thats how they treat customers, this was the closest we could find to NJ pizza, we can do without the NJ and NY attitude.
