Apparently they have new owners and it is definitely showing. There are some new staff members that dont seem to understand the concept of customer service. This little boy was behind the grill on his cell phone and called himself fixing my food!!! Very unsanitary then had the nerve to give me attitude. The other guy who is usually on the grill took over just before I was about to come across that grill and punch that child in the face!!! I swear I have to be done with them or Im going to end up in jail. Food is good, but I dont give my money to people who disrespect me.

I absolutely love Ginos and Joes on the upper level! Their deep dish buffalo blue cheese pizza is the best around. They have great customer service, although at times its a bit hard to make out what their saying due to English being their second language, however they definitely are pizza whisperers.They also DELIVER!!!

I went there after reading great reviews. It wasnt as mind blowing as other reviews had mentioned it to be. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza slice and BBQ chicken pizza slice. Both were delicious just like other pizza slices I have had at other places.

Disgusting.. The Place Is FILTHY Everyone working in kitchen no one is cleaning up after the customers . You got to clean your own table to eat there. ...AND CLEAN THEM DAMN OVENS.. PIZZA WAS COVERED IN BLACK DIRTY OVEN PARTICLES.

Easily the best place in buffalo to grab a quick great tasting lunch! Tony keeps the line moving and the variety is endless. Only place I go when I want a fast great tasting cheap meal!!!
