My family order food from this place just pizza at least two to three times a week spending hundreds of dollars on their food its usually very delicious the service is usually wonderful but last night we ordered chicken wings to sobs and a taco the chicken wings we pay extra for because we get them done a certain way every single time they brought the wrong chicken wings we called they said they would bring another order to us 3 hours went by my husband said out there waiting for them to come they never came so we call today the girls Shannon who claims shes the manager on duty answers the phone my husband tells her what happened she says with a nasty attitude of course because you cant get nothing else out of the young girls nowadays oh well I wasnt there last night so I really cant do anything about it and the off is closed so I can give you the number if you want to call but its closed no I dont want to phone number I want to speak to the manager well he its his day off I dont give a f*** if its his day off contact the manager because you guys owe me money or food or with her nasty ass attitude what am I supposed to say or think so now because you werent there yesterday I get screwed out of my money and or my food that I paid for with my hard-earned money that we work for? Shannon the manager on duty then precedes to say I dont know what to tell you I wasnt there last night do you want the number or not thats what she says so they just lost a couple hundred dollars a week...we will be in there tomorrow for our money and never get our or our families business again. Shannon completely turned us off to their once and usually wonderful service. Thanks Shannon!!! We would have been happy to provide her the with the wings we didnt eat and the receipt . Either getting our food or money we ALREADY SPENT. Thanks again!!

As a regular customer, a few weeks ago, I ordered a large pizza. I had a coupon which I was told over the phone would be accepted. When I came into the restaurant to pick it up, the manager told me that it was for another Just Pizza location (which was barely visible on the coupon) and was very rude about it (as if I was trying to get over on him or something!?). He gave me a coupon to save a dollar less than what I would have saved had I used the other coupon (which I thought was stupid and defeated the whole purpose). He seemed like a cheapskate and very rude (espiecially considering the fact that it was a five days before Christmas). I have also seen how phony and mean he is to other customers as well as to his employees. This is the only Just Pizza location Ive ordered food at, so far, that sucks as bad as it does. Trust me, they do not have the best pizza in Buffalo! Last few times I ordered from this location/restaurant my wings and pizza were dry and cold with barely any sauce. Its a shame the customer service cant even make up the difference in the food tasting horrible! I will not go back to this location, even though it is right up the street from me.

I ordered a single order of honey mustard wings, 5 of them were good and 5 were beyond burnt. I called the location on elmwood and they said they couldnt do anything about it that I would have to call the corporate office. So I called and the coorprate office said the elmwood location tried to reach out to me and even redeliverie the order. This is a lie as I dont have no missed calls and I was home all night theyve never attempted it at all. The manager from elmwood had a attitude the whole time and I feel she just lied to the corporate office. I did ask for the wings extra crispy not burnt! Corporate office said "how is that we put them all on at the same time thats not how we do buisness". I still have the wing in my possession and they still refuse to justify the situation. So in reality I paid $13 for 5 wings!! Awful customer service. I do not recommend the elmwood location.

I placed an order for 20 wings BBQ hot and 3 blue cheeses for pick up. The food was good but when I got back home I noticed I didnt get the 2 extra blue cheeses and worse enough only had 17 wings instead of 20. When I called the manager about this she seemed rude like I was bothering her. She did not once apologize in any way. She asked in a rude way if I wanted her to "cook up the 3 wings" and have me drive back and pick them up, which is obviously unnecessary. She credited me with who knows how much and hung up on me as I was saying "thank you" BE CAREFUL of these chain pizza restaurants in Buffalo. This same thing happened to me at La Nova and I have since not returned. They get to famous all around town and think theyre the big kids on the block. Their are other (much better) wing joints that would give them their run for their money. Sad to have this happen

Seriously? I usually never leave reviews but $20+ for a grease crepe is RIDICULOUS. The sites prices are off, the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE, (the guy acted like I was some idiot over the phone asking if they make NY style pizza. Sorry I asked, it is a specialty pizza in every other pizzeria,so prices are different, he laughed like it was some joke!) Then the pizza gets here, its DISGUSTING, its more grease than sauce and so uneven..and ridiculously salty. This is NOT NY style,cant even fold it ,if you cant make it you probably shouldnt sell it as such. The only decent part was the poor delivery person, who was nice at least, and hopefully got to keep his tip for delivering in the cold. All in all, I would take my business elsewhere if your looking for good pizza.

Good pizza, great wings, mediocre service. Put in an online order on a Tuesday evening. The email receipt said to allow 45-60 for delivery. Since I was picking it up, I went over after about 30 minutes. After waiting in line for the one staff person on the register register for 15 minutes, I finally was told that the pizza was done, but the wings were not. 15 minutes later I had to ask again for someone to check on my order. After nearly an hour total, it was finally ready. By the time I drove the ½ mile home, the pizza was congealed. Not too thrilled, and glad no one was waiting for dinner other than myself that night.

Ive been a customer to the Elmwood location for years, the food used to be better now it is just okay. I had a complaint about my food and called about it and the service was just terrible. This had happened once before, but I let it slide, but this time I didnt and said I was bringing the food back and wanted a refund. The girl at the counter was so rude and the manager refused to even come speak to me. After they finally gave my money back the girl at the counter started talking about us as we left. I am done with this Just Pizza. Will never order from this location again.
