This over-priced, under performing bakery is staffed by some of the nastiest people in the northeast region of the United States. Their foul-mouthed, twenty-something female staffers joke openly about the "stupid, old-lady" that just left their store. I was treated to a string of expletives when I showed up a 1/2 hour early to pick up an order of bread. The brave young woman spouting the diatribe was hiding in the back of the store. The previous owners of Topps were friendly, gregarious and they sold a great product at affordable prices Its sad, really. Bronxville is such a nice town and its residents deserve better. You should try Le Chantilly, also in Bronxville, or Martines in Tuckahoe.

Very disappointed. Tried several baked goods from here on a whim. The chocolate babka, it was raw in the middle with a big bubble below the top. So essentially I got half a cake. The carrot cake slice, all I could taste is cinnamon and the icing was not great at all. The Napoleon slice, was mushy and soft, not flaky. The cream was tasteless. And the Profiteroles was also mushy and tasteless flavor. The service was also horrible from the young lady with curly hair, who had a serious attitude! Totally waste of money. And forgettable flavors. See picture of the babka slice.

I love your bakery!!!! The new paint is beautiful and I love the new furniture!! Your black and whites are so good!! The candy decoration makes me smile! The cookie trays are wonderful!!! I could bathe in your cake and frosting!!! They are so nice to the everyone!! I recommend this bakery to everyone!! you should go and check out the new design!!! I love the orange it matches the fall season!!

EXTREMELY disappointed. Stale cookies, no selection. Mount Vernon bakery so much better. You can tell this one is not fresh since all the cookies I purchased were completely stale. I could of got better in Acmes bakery for half the price. Not going here again

Great kind relaxing environment for lunchtime one morning I had a black and white cookie with a phenomenal cup of coffe. Great place to be on just another manic Monday!!

Their black and white cupcakes are unique, and tasty. The crum cake is also good. I havent had their other offerings so I cant speak to that but it all looks good.
