The first time I came here is when I was forced to leave and come across from Bakewell. We were hungry and tired at the Laundry across the street. First time we noticed was the caring and concern for the customer and when we were paying the prices were way less than Sybil, that over rated establishment. And the taste was far better. Please Print this and stick it on your windows. There were NO RUDE EMPLOYEES, as a matter of fact they were so nice, we were given sample foods to taste, when other locations let you stand and waste your time. The owner is very concern about customers wait time - also there were NO Poor delivery. I had the most horrible experience. I called to place an order on friday evening, when i asked what type of fish they served, was told by the person taking the order she only takes the order, she doesnt know anything else mind you she is working in a restaurant and should have been more helpful. However, after an hour, i called for my meal and they say that I will have it in a few minutes. When I got my meal and I checked my entire order was not there. I paid for everything. I called and inform them and was told, they will send the other stuff with the delivery guy, unto now I am still waiting. I wish management can look into what is going on with their staff.

Food takes long to be made regardless if you call it in. I had ordered their BBQ with lowmein once and they gave good chicken pieces including the breast piece. So Im like its pretty good, so we ordered again and this time, OMG all pieces were LEGS, along with the most largest leg Ive ever seen (that wasnt nice to see). Such a rip off. What happened to giving breast pieces, thigh etc. Someone wouldnt be only eating leg piece. Infact, some people dont like that piece!

Their food is great but their delivery time is bad. Seeing that they have a bike to deliver food, its understandable that they may take a while but in this day and age they should update their mode of transportation. I literally live a few blocks down but every time I order I have to wait 2+ hours. I dont have any choice but to order bc of children or I wouldnt have called deliver but I did and it honestly shouldnt take this long.

There is one particular female employee here that I think is a very confused individual. Lacks every aspect of good customer service. Gets frustrated when taking your address down for delivery. (Its just numbers and letters, not rocket science). She Should not be at the counter representing the business. (Its not the short chubby one or the slim brown skin one. Shes more light skinned. Too bad no name tags).

Pretty busy place! Bakery snacks are good and the Dhal Phuri was competitively priced at $1 when purchasing a dozen or more. Knocking a star because I placed an order for 1PM pickup for the following day, got there at 1:20 and my order still wasnt ready and had to wait an additional 20 mins. I will change the review when I try to give it a go again for my next catering needs.

Horrible service. My sister and I order food 3 hours ago. 8 mins before the food supposed to be "here" they called and tell us they cant do one of our orders. We order you 3 hours ago. What nonsense is this? Im disappointed. Also keep in mind this is not our first time ordering from them and get the same issue . Our family will not be ordering again.

This review is for the pastries only . They seem to be one of the very few restaurants that sells fresh pastries . I love there pintart , egg ball , cheese roll etc.. Ill will definitely be back for more pastries and looking forwards to trying there fried rice and low meins .

Unprofessional place, went here to buy bread, the seller on the phone talking have me waiting. Needs a new management. A few months back went the store to change $1 bill to coin for my meter before I open my mouth , the dick said we have no coins rudely.

I just buy one pack of chesse roll 6 yesterday and its stale stuff they sell me taste like 2 day old definitely not the same from since the grand opening..terrible my mind bruck from it

Best Plait bread ever. Loaves are $2 each and fresh bread is at 2:30 PM everyday. Pastries and sweets here rock too.
