Waited on line for about 30 mins (only about 6 people in front of me) Staff was rude to each other; two of them got into an argument. After realizing there was a big mess, one staff member commented "I bet ya kitchen looks like this.." another one responded, "your bedroom looks like this" A lot of cursing to one another and joking around--not a professional environment. Manager looked frustrated and mentioned that the staff members will be retrained. A staff member said he needed gloves, another one reminded him that they had ran out. The young lady that served my future wife and I took about 6 orders at the same time. One of the customers behind us asked her if she would remember. Confidently, she said yes. She makes my order and skips my girlfriends because she forgot and jumped to one of the orders of a different customer. Good learning experience, never again.

Whats not to live about coldstone? The morning hours are definitely better than the evening hours. During the summer time, I highly suggest you dont come here at bit because you will be waiting for about a good 20 to 30 min depending on how nice it is outside because everyone comes here. Theres no other close location, except for in the city, so this is a major Hotspot during the summer

Absolute lowlifes working here I recently came here with my 5 year old daughter to get ice cream at 12:30pm, with the store hours showing that they open up at 11am, however the store wasnt open and there were a bunch of workers sitting around doing nothing and just staring at us refusing to open the doors. I will certainly never be coming here again.

This place has gone down the hill ! I have been a customer since this location first opened.. last night I waited over an hour to get service meanwhile there was no more than 10 people on the line and to only find out the milkshake machine isnt working . Next time put a damn sign up smh !!

Went to this place July Saturday 22 at 10:30pm .Horrible experience with staff. First notice bumbox playing on the front counter. When I finally ordered icescream one staff mbr shouted thats $14.00 dollars about five times.like i didnt hear.

New staff are amazing and beautiful. Ask for Beebee and Keshauna BEST customer service I ever recieved. Only ladies working late night I go everyday I love their ice cream wouldnt get it from anywhere else ! Keep up the good work cold stone

Service can be lacking at times. Multiple times I have visited within an hour of closing and they have been out of all of the standard flavors. Can get busy at times with a line out the door.
