We waited over a half hour for a large pizza in fact we are still waiting! Not good at all! Phone ringing over the speaker through the whole restaurant was a real turn off! Same interior and pics since the kids were young! Definitely NOT RETURNING! Boy did they go down hill! Oh and lets not forget.....no more napkins......just rolls of paper towels on the tables!........ Still waiting!!!

Took my 6 year old son here for pizza. Good food but bug came out of the silverware napkin. It looked like a centipede with a shell. Gross. The manager gave me 5 dollars off my bill. Otherwise the Buffett is good for a kids type restaurant. Needs some remodeling.

Service was slow yet rushed when server came to table. Place is dirty and booster seats were disgusting for the children and was mislead about deal going on from server (ended up purchasing way more to get the deal than needed too) Not pleased at all

Took my daughter for lunch buffet after shopping all morning. Food was undercooked or overcooked. Restroom smelled so bad like it hasnt been cleaned in months. Waitress was rude and had an attitude. Never again will I visit this location

Pizza was Too greasy, wasnt warm and when I went to pick it up employees were very rude. For example: the employee that took care of me did not acknowledge me at all throughout the experience. Probably wont come back.

Came today (Sunday) which was a complete disappointment. Food was slow and 3 of our orders were wrong. The kid had an attitude about making mistakes. We come here often and never had any of these issues.

Great pizza. My favorite is supreme pan pizza. Check the Web site for specials. Can place an order over the phone. Close to the 90 NY State Thruway via the Milestrip exit.

Order a delivery but would be fast if I pick it up, still delayed!! Waited for additional 15 mins after the 30 minutes commitment over the phone. Very polite
