This place always seems to be busy, but that just shows how popular it is. I havent sat inside, but instead I order online and pick up my order at the inside counter. The interior seems to be pretty neat and clean, from what Ive seen, and the bathrooms are usually in nice shape. Depending on the night, the length of time spent between ordering and pick up can vary, but usually its not much longer than 15-20 minutes. I also usually dont have to wait too long between getting in the door and being acknowledged by the staff at the counter so I can pay for my order. So far, I have not had any real issues with orders - once they made the wrong size for a pizza but they quickly corrected it and added the wrong size to my order free of charge.

What a freaking joke, NO delivery service what so ever. What a sorry excuse for a pizza hut. Cant even Deliver some pizza down the street to the truck stop on Walden Ave.less then 1 mile Guess they loose a lot of business because of it. Well they lost 20 to 30 bucks from me. O yeah and truck drivers are known to tip well to the drivers that bring them some food being we cant just pull up to drive thru window or a local eatery like cars can.. O well their loss. Read other reports said they sucked anyway food was crap or wrong orders & buffet wasnt very appealing. Meaning not fresh. Guess ill give someone else my money that wants to make a delivery. if i could give them no stars i would.

Food was as expected, but service was fairly poor. Our waitress told us she was going on break and that the other one would help us during that time. I had to walk up to the counter to ask for a refill on my drink. It did seem they were somewhat short staffed because it seemed like the other waitress was also working the counter for take out orders, so take this all with a grain of salt.

Im only giving 2 stars based on the service. Our waitress was rude from the start. Our family was conversing as you should when you share a meal and she rudely said "can yall pay me attention so I can give yall drinks" It was very alarming and disappointing. I will say that the other workers were kind and warm and the food was delicious. It only takes one bad apple to ruin an experience.

Amazing service, very helpful staff. There was a power outage at the store after i placed my online order. Instead of just ignoring it and let me drive all the way to the store, they called me and apologized for the inconvenience. When their power came back online, they called me again to let me know. that kind of service is just incredible and hard to find. Thanks so much Pizza Hut!!!

This waitress right now is horrible!!! I asked a simple question while placing my order (does the kids personal pizza come in stuff crust?) Her reply... With a nasty face... Um no and I probably shouldnt be selling her a kids pizza its for ten and under!... My reply well shes ten and dont go assuming my daughters age! Smh horrible service horrible!

The pizza is horrible. I had take out once, very greasy and overcooked . I went in to sit down to.see if it was different. Nope! Got buffet.they never brought fresh pizza!!! The pizza I did have was sitting there.quite awhile. Id stick with salad if you go to this location. And at least my waitress was nice.

Its either a good or bad experience here. Once they got my order wrong and blamed me. I showed them my receipt and the girl said well you can come back tomorrow and complain when a manager is here! They dont have managers around all the time? I have had a few good friendly experiences.

Very disappointed in the food, my Pizza was disgustingly greasy and not put together well and my bread sticks were soggy because of the topping. When I went in to get my food the customer service wasnt great and they were being rushed because they seemed to be short staffed.

We had a nice experience at this Pizza Hut. It was clean, food on the Buffet was fresh & plentiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perhaps the people who wrote negative reviews had negative experiences but ours was positive!

Small, service blows and the wings were decent, the pizza was worse then I expected. And I had low expectations Came here when duffs was closed due to power outage, I wont be back.
