I was there two days in a row, and I brought in my cup from my first purchase. After I ordered, I used my cup to get more sweet tea, and I overheard one of the workers (she seemed like a manager of some sort_ mouth to a customer "I hate people like that" and pointed at me. I was baffled by that remark. I work in customer service, both retail and food service, and I would never ever ever say that about any of my customers. I didnt know it was such a big deal to bring in my old cup to use again! I was extremely disappointed by the service.

Went to this location at 9PM on a Saturday night and they were closed, doors locked, all staff sitting around eating and laughing at people trying to enter (even though they are open until 10pm) with no sign on the door and no one bothering to explain why they had decided to close and sit around and eat and laugh at guests trying to enter the store. The meat is always cold anyways, I shouldnt have bothered.

First time Ive ever had bad customer service at a Chipotle. Merry Christmas, Alexia. You can thank my 12yo daughter for being as nice as I was after your blatantly snarky "Have a good day!" as you turned your back. Girly, Im almost 50. Do you really think I dont recognize that move? I perfected it long before you were born. Then I grew up. You should consider growing up, too.

Dont bother ordering with the App for fast service. Placed my order and was told it would be ready by 3:30. Was running late so showed up at 4 to pick it up, not only was it not ready and no one in the line, but I was told I would have to wait for chicken before they could make it. Defeats the purpose of order convenience through the App

Went there about hour after they were open. My rice was hard. Called back and they said come back and get another one. Manager didnt even apologize but an employee did. After coming home again for the second time. Rice was still hard and wasnt even warm at all. Waste of my time. Definitely wont be going back to this one again.

Ive gone to this location just 3 times and they have been so friendly each time! Letting me taste things Id never tried, letting me take my time deciding, and answering my many questions. They are so sweet and after only 3 visits they recognize me and treat me as a friend. I love this place! Keep up the good work.

Good Simple Food, Served Quickly. The Frankie Barrett review is by someone that was stealing, and didnt like the disgusted reaction of an employee. That reaction being a lot gentler than mine would have been. I would have had sensitive, vindictive Frankie, arrested for shoplifting.

Ive been to this location probably about 3 times and they are always out of products. Ive gone at lunch and at dinner. The employees are nonchalant about their service. The chipotle by the coastal grand mall is 5 stars in service. Disappointed but I guess it could be worse.

Ive never had a complaint about the food or staff. The only thing I would warn about this location is that it can be pretty busy. But, conveniently they actually made a phone app the order ahead and its pretty nice. Great food Nice people Long lines Use the app

When we came inside we were greeted at the door. We had our food within minutes no waiting. Tried the new chorizo burrito it was excellent. Before leaving we were asked how was our meal and asked to come again. Great customer service. Will eat here again.

This chipotle is a fantastic location. So prompt and friendly. The food is much more fresh than at other local locations and they really move the line fast! Im a regular so its important to me that Im taken care of quickly. Love them!

Used to really like Chipotle but the couple stores in this area arent of the same quality. Very little flavor (hot is not a flavor, its just hot) in their food and smaller portions than Ive seen in the past. No longer a fan.
